So far, my experience with Intown properties Austin has been less-​than-​great. I am in the market to rent a duplex or home. So far I have called Intown Properties TWICE about a listing, and was told they would return my call when they have more information. It’s been days and I have not received any calls from Intown. Although the listing was taken off the site. On one occasion I called back to follow-​up in case they «forgot», and I was told they were «busy» with a sale, and to call back later. I am not sure if it is because I am wanting to rent, but I have certainly not been made to feel important or even like a potential customer/​tenant.
Unfortunately, Intown Austin regularly updates their site, has informative listings, and seems to have a good eye for available properties. I just wish they actually had some focus on customer service or follow-​up.
