I have had some good and bad experiences in Austin regarding apartments but this place is great. They have an extremely helpful front office and maintenance staff! Not only did they respond to issues quickly (minor, normal move in stuff) but they did so with a smile on their faces about everything. In addition, they all seem genuine. Looking forward to a great year in this location.

I lived across the street last year at 26 west and I cannot even explain how much better of a living experience Grand Marc has been. The front office is extremely helpful and friendly with much more convenient hours. The smaller population is much more respectful. My neighbors were having a party last night and I didn’t even realize until I was right outside their door because the walls are much thicker. The amenities are very nice and never crowded. The first day I was struggling with the AC unit and after calling the front desk someone came up to help me within 10 minutes. After only a few weeks the staff already knows me and my dog by name. I cannot recommend this complex highly enough and I certainly plan to live here for the rest of my college career.
