I use Gwyndows year after year for my home and the properties I manage. They are prompt — reasonably priced and everything always looks great. It’s amazing how clean windows can make your house look so much nicer!

These folks are the best! A crew of 3 came to clean my windows and I have a lot of windows! Some at about 25 feet up. Everything sparkles, they even put the bird decals back up. I have company visiting and you would never have even known they were in the house! Great service!!!

Loved them a year ago but a little disappointed this time — too rough on the screens and some windows either missed completely or poorly done. Office was apologetic and quick to correct. I like the professional way the business is run, would still recommend them, and will use them again.

I selected Gwyndows for my first window cleaning treatment. My tech was professional, efficient, and did an excellent job. I will be using them again and encourage you to also. I also have to say that I found the cost to be straightforward and fair. Much more enjoyable than figuring out how to do it myself. Leave it to the expert to climb ladders and get the job done. The difference will be noticeable and would be done a lot more efficiently than you could have ever accomplished. Between the time and money you would invest getting supplies and getting the job done you could have called Gywndows and gotten the job done and all drama free. Don’t second guess yourself. I have used these guys and gals many times both personally and recommended to my real estate clients. Our home in NW Hills had windows in all sort of crazy extended places (on a slope etc) and also had lots of tired dirty screens … they didn’t miss a beat. And they crawled in to our garage attic to get the insides of those windows. Also had them out to our new construction home and that job included getting all the fine paint spray remnants off of everything including some very tall windows in a stairwell. Professional, on time, not afraid of heights or hard work.

Gwyndows did a great job cleaning my windows inside and out. Made my house look like new. I’d recommend them to anyone.

I have used Gwyndows for many many years. Every Nov I have the windows cleaned for my giant Thanksgiving gathering. They do a fabulous job and well priced. I have a 2 story house and many of them are difficult to reach. They get to all of them.

Extremely professional and thorough. The crew that came to my home knew exactly what to do in order for me to have my home sparkle. They were neat and tidy as the worked and courteous to me.

Okay, first I want to clarify that all the windows and screens (except the sliding glass door screen) were clean. Secondly, I must admit that I was disappointed when a 20-​something was assigned to my project… and he didn’t let me down. He kept looking at his cell phone (surprise). The rag he was using was filthy as were his hands. I had to ask him after the third window that he not lean on my walls indoors, because he was leaving dirty fingerprints on my painted walls. He said he was used to being on the second floor outdoors. Most of the solar screens were bent just slightly, so I don’t know if the bugs will stay out, when the windows are open, but I don’t know if there was any other way to remove them. Don’t know if I would recommend them, but my seven windows are clean for $ 100.
Interestingly, the business did not check on the job or its employee after the job was finished.

I’ve used A&D before, but saw gwyndows reviews and decided to give them a try. The job was priced about the same as I’ve paid competitors in the past. However, gwyndows did not clean the sills or tracks but did clean the screens. It was pretty disappointing having to clean after them. The crew consisted of a young guy and young gal. He definitely did a good job, but his associate spent more time on her phone than cleaning windows. Based on this job, I wouldn’t recommend.

I’m bumping up the rating to 4 stars from the previous 2. I know the difficulty of managing people in the field, so issues are just unavoidable. I also appreciate when companies stand behind their work; Robin offered to make it right with her 100% guarantee. Since I already cleaned up after the crews, I couldn’t take her up on the offer. Robin sent me a private message and generously offered to replace some of my screens. While I haven’t connected (and may not with my travels), I give them kudos for standing behind their guarantee and goal of 100% customer satisfaction. More businesses should operate like this!
