Upon the advice of the receptionist; I made an appointment. When I arrived, the same receptionist informed me that they could not see me until after 3pm (my appointment was for 1:30pm). I told him I had an appointment & I show him the appointment card. He said that when they have «walk-​ins», the appointments are not honoured. I arranged my afternoon to fit their schedule & they did not even care!
