Leased the property on Deer Chase trail.
Pros: Nice property, newly built, great neighborhood.
Cons: management company is not tenant friendly. They don’t respond friendly to requests and we’re not helpful to obtaining key cards for swimming pool. They also determine what is their responsibility to fix after the request is submitted. Which means cost could end up being yours. Notification is not sent but will see it when it comes time to Pay the rent. Cost to maintain is too high. Rent was 1375 monthly. Paid 1500 monthly to maintain the property.
