Kyung is more than«trained» in several disciplines, she is attuned to everyone’s individualized needs and meets them where they are in their practice. I attend her sessions at the ACSL(Austin Center for Spiritual Living) at 5555 North Lamar Blvd-in the south end of the commercial address in Suite D115-Austin. Plenty of parking and access from I-35, the 2222, Airport Blvd or Lamar Blvd. Kyung is always a breath of fresh air and gets my energy moving. I would recommed her for beginners or advanced participants.

Kyung is fantastic. She is energetic, positive, patient, and a great yoga instructor. I only wish her studio was closer to my South Austin home. Despite that, I am willing to drive to 2222 and Mopac once or twice a week to practice… Keep it up… I highly recommend Kyung.

I’m a UT law student that generally exercises by lifting weights and playing basketball. At 6’1″ I am borderline able to dunk, so I am always looking for new jumping exercises and monitoring my progress. After my first yoga secession here my vertical was at least 2 inches higher than it has ever been before. I’m not sure how this is possible, but I’m definitely happy with the results.
