I need a doctor to come to my home. I have epilipsy and high blood pressure and my home health doctor moved an left me with no prescriptions. Please help me. I live in Round Rock. My address is 321 Bluffs Landing Senior village. my apt is 7215.

This establishment treats their patients, staff and anyone trying to reach them for medical information terribly. The only person I was ever able to talk to on the phone and was nice to me was Lacy and I called yesterday and she no longer works there. I feel like every time I call I listen to an answering machines or a new person who has NO CLUE what they are doing. Then they transfer you to another voicemail and another before telling me I can’t get an appointment for 3 weeks? These are people I am supposed to trust with my health? Time to find a new doctor… hopefully White Glove can do better (anything would be an improvement).

Cannot seem to speak to a real person and their voice mail system goes unanswered after four days. Sent a referral for two senior parents that are now home bound so they could get regular visits from medical staff to monitor their health and meds. No response to date. Web site states 24 – 48 hour response. That is a lie. Red Flag when you cannot track down a real person by email for phone.

I am writing because I want to set some things straight. House call doctors takes care of my grandmother and does an EXCELLENT job! I mean it doesn’t get any more convenient then to have someone come to your house. It’s a great company and everyone I have interacted with there really cares about the patients. The bad reviews on here don’t do this company justice, anyone can get on here and make stuff up, including employees that were probably fired for good reason. Don’t believe me or anyone else, just try House Call Doctors, you won’t be disappointed.

I was reffered by a friend to the house call doctors. Because of my disability its hard for me to move around sometimes. I had been out of meds for 2 weeks and just couldnt make it to my Pcp. Within a day I got my needed meds, an EKG, chest x-​ray, urine and blood lab without ever leaving my home. it was very convenient for me and all of the staff was very professional and nice. I havent had any complaints so far. I would recommend them.

I would never recommend House Call Doctors to anyone. As of 11/​20/​2013 I terminated House call Doctors for my mom. I found a wonderful group that specializes in Geriatrics only in my mom’s area. They have a clinic and make house calls too. They are not a «Company» like HCD. I am happy to report that we are finally getting the attention mom has needed for a long time. They return calls and call in prescriptions promptly. Night and day difference from HCD. They actually do care about the patient and customer service. I am so glad to have found them. We love them and so does mom.
