I was trying to order a product online and kept getting an error on the order screen where you input the coupon. I called Hyperwear and asked if they could help me out. The customer service rep was very rude, and thought I was lying. He asked me where I got the coupon for free shipping for their DVDs. I responded that it was on their site. He said free shipping only applies to weights, and I said that the DVD coupon doesn’t say anything about weights. He responded rudely that it was wrong. I suggested that he ask their web page developers to take the coupon off so people don’t feel deceived and that’s when he responded with, «Why?!» I then said, «So maybe your other customers don’t have a problem with this next time?» I got my product, but they definitely need help with customer service.
