I just paid to get my IPad screen fixed picked it up and drove home immediately. The new screen they just put in is cracked in 2 places and the touch screen doesn’t work.
I immediately called IFIX Austin and they told me I would have to pay to get it fixed again that the screen was not broken when I picked it up. I did nothing but pick it up but it into a protective case and drive home. Immediately opened it and it was broken.
Honestly they deserve no stars. They are thieves NEVER EVER go here!

These guys have repaired my iPhone twice. Both times were quick and inexpensive (when compared to other repair companies and replacement).

Giving this place 5 stars because of the customer service. I went in for an iPhone battery replacement, and the first one they gave me didn’t work at all, so I went back. They not only replaced my battery, but also my screen (it was slightly misaligned) for no cost at all. The people who work here are genuinely nice people who do not want to screw you over. They were so helpful and it saved the hassle (and cost) of going to Apple.

iFix is the place to go PERIOD in Austin, for your iPhone and iPad fixes. Not only do they have the most convenient location downtown, but they were easy to deal with. I spent all of 1 minute dropping off my iPad and 1 minute picking it up.

So these guys actually messed my phone up quite a bit while replacing the screen. After 3 visits to the kiosk in 48 hours, I had to take it to Apple. the Apple Store guys decided the wrong screw was used when replacing the screen which caused an electrical short and damaged my phone. But I will give 4 stars any day for awesome customer service. The owner literally met me at a store to buy me a new phone after one of his employees made what is an easily made mistake. It was an awkward and super inconvenient situation for all parties involved but as small business owners, they really took care of the problem and went out of their way to take care of their customers! Thanks guys

I brought my phone here with a simple screen sensor problem. After the technician took it apart and rendered it useless, he told me that I would have to leave my phone with him overnight because he was not authorized to do anything more than replace the screen and there were additional issues that he could not resolve. He «guaranteed» that my phone would be ready by noon the next day and that I would get an email. By noon, no email. I walked back to the location and was told suddenly that my phone had water damage and was then educated on the basic corrosive properties of water and metal like I was in kindergarten. My phone will not even turn on at this point. So if you are looking to avoid a host of problems, I would recommend you avoid this place, as I went from thinking my phone (which is my work and personal phone) needed a simple fix to needing to completely replace it. No apologies for keeping the phone overnight, not reaching out the next day, or ruining my phone were provided … just a lecture.

Great location. Courteous tech. Quick. Painless. There are food trucks next to their truck and a picnic table to sit at while you wait. Clean. Not inexpensive but then you didn’t think it would be cheap, did you? Your iPhone is broken and you need it fixed now. Right now. So you pay, right? Yeah. They’re that quick and easy. Credit cards only.

Very nice and good people there, great prices on broken screens, I recommend them highly.

My iPad screen was replaced, but has been very glitchy. Was told by workers that the thirty day warranty had expired. They wanted me to pay for a new screen a second time. I am not sure if I was sold a bill of goods.
Convenient location.

The price to repair my 5 was slightly cheaper than the price posted online. Repair was very quick for my iPhone and brought it back from the dead (the digitizer was no longer responding). HOWEVER, the tech didn’t test his work and the home button (on the front of the iPhone) does not work. I’m going to have to go back and get it fixed, which I’m sure they will do for free but, it’s still a pain to go back.

I am so pleasantly surprised! They fixed my phone at the most affordable rate I could find in town, and it was finished in minutes! My phone looks better than it ever did. Really excellent customer service and I will definitely be going back the next time I break my phone :-)

I had the BEST experience here today. It took less than 10 minutes for iFix to repair my cracked screen on my 6, and the cost was super fair. They are really nice and efficient. They even have cases, etc. to purchase and are equipped to fix other types of Apple products too, as well as replace your battery if you need it. Don’t go anywhere else!

I’ve used iFix in two separate incidents to fix the cracked screen of an iPhone 5. They put on a completely new screen and the phone looks brand new. They were fast and did a good job.

Unbelievable, less than 5 minutes he replaced my screen and my screen protector right in front of me. He was $ 30 cheaper than my last repair too. Amazing

Awesome experience! Mike replaced my phone screen in less than 20 minutes while I had a drink around the corner! Cheaper and easier than going to the mall or Apple! Will definitely go back and see them if (when) I crack my phone screen again. Wonderful people to work with and I highly recommend them!

Happened across this place while on my way to another repair shop to spend $ 30 more than ifix charged me. Got my cracked screen replaced in under 10 minutes for cheaper than anywhere else I looked in town. Would recommend! The guy was cool, friendly, and knows his stuff. Cute little trailer surrounded by food trucks. Great find.

Small trailer, big on customer service. Broke my iPhone screen while downtown and someone mentioned they’d seen a little trailer that could fix it. Prompt service, friendly staff and phone looks and works like new.
