This place is GREAT! I’ve taken my broken phones here multiple times and the owner always goes above and beyond to fix my phones AND it’s always done in a timely manner. I’ve even had a phone repaired that I didn’t think would ever come back to life. (it was dropped like 628,000 times… plus water damage.) If you live in the area and need repairs at a good price, check these guys out!

My phone looks brand new! The long blonde haired guy is very helpful! Thanks Justin! My phone had toothpaste in it with a cracked screen and all is fixed.

Went here to get a phone fixed and bought replacement instead. The tech explained the phone was very old and (it was) and would cost more (fixing) then buying a new phone. When I explained low funds, he showed me a selection that he had repaired, or purchased to sell to clients needing cheap phones. I was very happy (and phone still works) and recommend everyone to Cell Surgeons !
I came back (couple more times) over the last 3 years, to buy more stuff and bring my friends. Service has always been 5 stars !
Chris is an awesome tech, and one of the best I have seen.

They made my iPhone worse. No joke.
I shattered the screen and when they replaced it, the microphone stopped working. Took it back and when they fixed that (which took hours of me sitting on the couch and them saying it’ll just be a little longer), then the vibrator didn’t work. Took it back, another looooong wait to get it fixed, and then the camera didn’t work. Took it back, but this time, because it had been over 60 days (I had to leave town for a long work assignment) I was charged $ 100 to fix. Now everything works but the screen is totally morphed and doesn’t even fit into my cell phone case correctly, so it’ll probably crack again.
I should’ve just taken it to the Apple store. Didn’t end up saving any money or time and now the warranty is void (Apple can tell when someone else has worked on your phone, especially when the work is shoddy).

Chris was really nice and helpful when I called. Another cell repair place had refused to work on my S5 Active saying it was a difficult phone. Chris wasn’t sure if he could fix it, it had water damage and the screen wouldn’t turn on. Once I dropped it off he had the corrison cleaneraned and got the screen working in an hour. I will be bringing all my future cell phone and tablet repairs here and recommend this place.

Was a little hesitant to come here after reading some of the reviews, but the service was super friendly, the price reasonable, and my replaced screen is functioning normally.

My first impression of Chris and his business was very good. My Galaxy S5 had been run over and the screen was broken pretty badly, not to mention any other damage that might of incurred when this happened. I was given Chris’s name as well as the name of another cell phone repair shop in town. I asked Chris a lot of questions and he assured me that he had seen worse and felt very confident that he could fix my phone. It took about a week for the repairs, which was fine because he had to wait on parts to be shipped. When I got my phone back, it looked great. The touch screen worked and I was very pleased… even though I had to pay more than what I was quoted. After I left, I discovered that my volume down button wasn’t working and the tilt/​rotation of my screen wasn’t working. I called and Chris said that he would look at it and see what was going on. I dropped my phone off and came back later that day to pick it up. Chris informed me that my NEW screen was now NOT working at all and he had no idea what was wrong and couldn’t fix it. We came to the compromise that he would refund me my entire amount of purchase, which is the only reason why this business is getting 2 stars instead of 1 or none.
Let’s break it down… If you have a simple crack in your screen or you have an iPhone this place MIGHT be able to handle it. I wouldn’t take your phone to them for anything other than that… for anything… ever!

I took my iphone 4s in there today to get a new digitizer screen. My son had dropped my phone last night and the screen blacked out and would no longer light up. I called ahead of time to get a quote and it was about $ 10 cheaper than the many other places I called including a store I had previously used to fix my ipad mini. This place was also a lot closer to my work than the previous place (which is closer to my home) making it a little more convenient during work hours. I went during lunch because I was told it would be 30 – 45 minutes
As soon as I walked in, Chris handed my phone to his employee who immediately started working on it, then Chris left to go run an errand. It took about 15 – 20 minutes to get it taken apart so i was thinking i would be out in the time they said. However once he put the new screen in, putting the phone back together was a different story. He was having a hard time getting the pieces in there correctly, especially the rear camera. He worked on it for another 45 minutes trying to piece it together. Chris eventually came back and saw that he was having trouble and took over for him.
I thought for sure this would get done in the next 10 minutes, but it didn’t. Chris finally got the phone back together again and then couldn’t find the two bottom Torx screws. So he got a couple replacement screws and put them in. Then he turned the phone over to look at the front screen they had just replaced only to notice they forgot to install the home button at the bottom!
Chris politely apologized for the already long wait and then said but we forgot to install the home button and i have to start from scratch all over again. He said it would take him another 30 minutes to take the whole phone apart and put back together. I trusted it would take him only that time since he was the owner and seemed more experience. So he quickly took it apart, put it back together which only took 20 minutes this time. He was even polite enough to offer a $ 10 discount for the long wait.
So I checked the screen, it seemed to light up fine, maybe a little dim but I had to get back to work since I had already been there for an hour and a half. On the way back to work i noticed I had a voice-​mail so i tried to listen to it only to discover the speaker for the ear piece was not working, i couldn’t hear a thing. I thought maybe it was voice-​mail that someone forgot to hang up. So when i got to the office i tried calling my cell from the office number and sure enough i couldn’t hear anything again. Then i noticed the screen definitely doesn’t light up as bright compared to my coworker who has the same phone and the screen was slightely dimmer at the top. So at this point I do a complete scan of the phone and notice the two screws they put on the bottom were completely different types of screws than what belongs there.
I called the store to let Chris know that i couldn’t hear out of the ear piece speaker and he said to bring it back. I can tell he either felt bad cause now i have to go back or he was frustrated with the work they performed or maybe even both. I would have given 2 stars but the fact that he was very polite during my long wait, apologetic and even offered a small discount for the wait is why they get 3 stars.
I will gladly update this review after my phone is fixed… again.

I called quite a few places and this was the cheapest. And luckily for me it was close by.
Fixed the screen of my Galaxy S3 in 30 minutes. Great customer experience. Quick service.
Awesome, clean little shop with a TV while you wait. I didn’t catch the guy’s name that works there, but we had a pleasant conversation as he was working on my phone.
I highly recommend. If I have any problems in the future I know where to go.

Turns out the screen they put on my phone was a dud. They replaced it with a better screen very quickly and I’m happy with the fix.

Sent two phones to this place over the past year. Phones work great, and much less expensive than I was quoted by a store here in the north east, as well as a store in Fla.

If I could give zero stars, if I could give negative stars, if I could put this place out of business, I would. I know that seems incredibly harsh, but I just can’t believe what I went through with this kid.
I wish the «good» reviews on here didn’t fool me and I wish I never went in this store. The Unilocal user Andi W. had it right– when on the phone, Chris acts like you are «a telemarketer disturbing him at dinnertime.» I could not have said it better myself.
Unfortunately, the way I was treated on the phone was the least of my worries.
He messed up my device even worse, took forever and still didn’t fix it, made a lot of people angry, and really didn’t know what he was doing.
That is fine if you can’t fix the device, but the WORST part was the lies. It’s okay if you messed it up even worse, but own up to it. It was like I was speaking to a 15 year old who felt he was in trouble and kept making excuses and avoided telling the truth. This situation lasted 3 weeks after assuring me he would fix the device. I caught him in lie after lie after lie. Worst customer service I have ever had. He played victim even though he is the one who messed up my device even worse.
The only plus is that the store is in a nice location, and fortunately, he did reimburse me for the part of my device he broke. That was very respectable. Other than that, I am racking my brain trying to think of more positives but just can’t come up with any.
TL;DR: Bad service from a bad liar. Don’t go here.

Chris got my iPhone 5 screen replaced with a hell of a deal. There were some hiccups involved, but Chris handled them professionally and courteously. You need your phone fixed at a fair price? Cell Surgeons is your answer.

With the Unilocal deal and the check-​in offer I believe I got a great price when I needed my screen fixed. I personally didn’t price shop and this was the only place I called considering the discounts I figured I’d get a better price or the same price elsewhere. There was a few issue on the time it took to get my screen but that was only bc i didn’t tell him I had a white EVO LTE not a black. So the wrong one was ordered and I waited a little longer than I should’ve but once the screen got in, I waited an hour and my phone was fixed like new.

I can’t even review this place on the quality of their repair because I never even made it that far.
I called in with questions about repairing my phone and the guy on the other end of the line was a straight up prick. Not helpful in the slightest and acted like I was a telemarketer disturbing him at dinner time.
If you want business you might try being even just a little friendly over the phone. There are plenty of other cell phone repair shops in the area that want customers.

so, my iphone starts acting up for no apparent reason and apple’s genius desk says i need a new iphone 4s for some «unfortunate hardware issues.» Oddly enough, this is right after my warranty runs out… Go figure, right? I shout NAY! so i bring it to this fine establishment and Chris comes to the rescue. He fixes it quickly and gives me a good warranty. And when it acts up again, he fixes it again without charge and is able to work with my schedule to make it work. I now have a fixed iphone that works like a champ. 2 thumbs up indeed!
