This is great place to learn about kickboxing. The best cardio workouts I have ever had. And most of all the instructors are phenomenal.

Honestly, I’m intimidated by trying kickboxing but the instructors here are – I can’t find another word for it than – AWESOME! They ease you into it while they push your limits and, after every class, they leave you with some tips, words of encouragement and cat stories.

I have finally found a gym I feel at home! I initially signed up for the 5 day promo, but the first class I was hooked. The instructors make you feel so welcome and push you. Its not the yelling and screaming but the motivational push you need to become a better you. I have just started and signed up my first class! I cant wait to see what 2016 has in store for me here!

My boyfriend and I bought the 5 class trial pack before they opened. It’s a super good value as it also includes boxing gloves! The class was great and a really fun workout.
After the first class we were asked to sit down and go over packages with the instructor and they were really expensive. We appreciated the 5 class trial, but thought the pricing was just too expensive to commit to. If budget isn’t a concern, I could see this being a fun gym to join.

MUST TRY IT!!!
I just want to say that I’m so glad I finally got the courage to get out of my house and into THIS gym. This place is fantastic, the instructors couldn’t be more helpful! I’m very new to kickboxing, and every single instructor helps you perfect each move without making you feel foolish. The members are also great and will help you become better.
Thank you guys for making me feel welcomed!
With that said, I’m officially a member and can’t wait for many more classes!!!

I came from another kickboxing gym, had been doing it for a year and had developed some nasty habits! The instructors here are wonderful and they helped me break those habits as well as they were friendly and patient with me. The workouts are intense and perfect for sculpting a strong body. I drive 40 mins. to come here 3 times a week! Thats how great it is!

Great workout and atmosphere! The instructors are awesome! Super nice, helpful and fun, which helps motivate you to work out! And they make an effort to get to know you, and make you feel welcome! Everytime I come in they greet me by name, and make me feel like part of the ilkb gang! I look forward to going class!

Super fun atmosphere and a really great workout! Be prepared to sweat in this engaging, high energy fitness class. The instructors are all awesome and really take the time to work with each student on perfecting their technique and achieving their goals. Great gym. Great people and amazing workout without all the fuss and commitments of a traditional martial arts school. If you want to finally get rid of your mid section, this is the place to go. I have nothing but respect for the women who train here. I have trained for years but was out of shape due to a time lapse in my training. I know I won’t be in the same condition as I was in my 30’s but I hope to get in the best condition I can be even at 59.

The best workout facility in town — such a fun, friendly community! This place is great for beginners and people just looking to get in shape, and its also great endurance training for people who are already athletes. I’ve been a martial artist my whole life and these workouts have helped me get my training to a new level.
