They make a great sandwich. I used to love eating here but at this point I always opt for something else. Theyve had a huge price increase for the same sandwich, I know supply and demand /​cost of opperating but im not going to pay sit down restaurant pricing at a sandwich shop. It’s just not worth it. They do have fast delivery and good food, and I only noticed the increase recently when I was going to order and had a menu laying around and wow had the prices changed in a year since it was printed.

They make great sandwiches! I love the speedy service too! The girl that took my order Callie was very friendly and informative! The staff is very friendly too. I love their cookies too. Way better than Subway, Thundercloud Subs, and Schlotskys combined!

Disappointed in the NON-​CUSTOMER SERVICE on my visit today. I loved Jimmy John’s & don’t live near one any longer so when I’m by one, I would place order for pick up. Today’s visit will be my last. Order taken by young lady-​Jovanna– caused me to have to return 3 times due to incorrect order. We purchased 3 sandwiches, 2 were wrong, but the young lady was very rude. I wanted my sandwiches corrected but she rudely stated I was wrong. Unbelievable! Tired of dealing with her, I had to pay for a 4^th sandwich & left. Then she again screwed up & I had to return cause she didn’t include the pickles we ordered. A gentleman man tried to help but she was rude and I stated I will NEVER RETURN! To her she could care less cause she is just clocking in for a paycheck and not to take care of customers but the owners should be very aware that she is losing & running off longtime customers and hurtting heir future!!! So I used to order from this location all the time, then I found a hair in a sandwhich (not a short hair). They came back with a replacement sandwich. Ordered a few more times and the quality just wasn’t the same so I didn’t order for a while. Ordered for the first time today in a bout 4 months and whoever made my un– wich is a genius. Jimmy Johns — this was my college go to sandwich shop. Still as good as ever. And so fast!
Jimmy Johns overall has great food. It’s just as great to have one so close to NW Austin!
The JJ’s off 183 and Anderson Mill/​McNeil area definitely delivers fast and always gets their orders right. I didn’t even know there was one up here until I randomly saw it driving north on 183.
My favorite sandwiches are the Gargantuan (as an «un-​wich — no bun), and the Italian Nightclub.

Fairly standard sandwiches, not quite the variety that I’d prefer but the delivery and lettuce-​wrap options make up for it. The delivery speeds are usually as good as advertised but additional paid-​for addons on the delivered sandwiches have been missing on more than one occasion. Sad.
I’ve enjoyed the Italian, turkey, and tuna options but the roast beef was not good.

Delivery is quick. Driver was very friendly. Good was exactly as we ordered it (we had a lot of adds & subs). Everything was fresh & tasted delicious. Prices are great. Sandwiches are basic, but good for what they are.

I enjoy the Jimmy John’s near my house, this JJ’s is kind of a mess! I went around 2PM for a quick sandwich and while I’m use to a super quick sandwich maker, it wasn’t here. It actually took a while for my sandwich to be made… then they gave it to the wrong person. They handed it to a guy that quickly returned it when he realized the order ticket was not the ham sandwich he wanted. So I’m looking for a seat because they have a girl mopping the floor, I realized she is mopping because something is dripping from the ceiling! I was eating when I felt some raindrops on my arm… what is going here? What a mess! Then I witnessed an employee running outside like his pants were on fire… a driver had left without an order so he was chasing after him. This place is a mad house! Not coming back!

Gotta love Jimmy Johns. Every time I don’t have time to make lunch my husband has surprised me with you guys and you’re always very quick and very polite. I’m just a lover of your really good Turkey sandwich not even subway can beat that. every location I go to the food is awesome I would highly recommend you guys too lots of my friends.

Jimmy Johns is total comfort food! My husband and I just agreed its an addiction! Its not just a sandwich, its something special.

I must have visited on two bad days. I just gave it another try and the tuna had a horrible tinny taste like spoiled fish. It went straight in the garbage.
My first visit was not as bad but I found the sandwich to be dry and the bread not very flavorful.
I am hoping I just had bad luck; it seems that so many people love this place.
I did like the chips but that is not enough to merit another return try.

Super freaky fast fast food. Sandwiches are delicious too. Also, they make their own chips.

At least once a week I’m on the run and eat here. They aren’t just freaky fast; they are freaky good.
My favorite is the number 11 which is turkey, ham & cheese. I add peppers to give it that extra zing.
So for less than $ 7.50 I get a sub and a bag of chips. Kinda hard to beat.

I usually like jimmy johns. First time i picked up turkey tom from this location. As i was about to eat my sandwich, i realized that the bottom of the sandwich was unusually hard. I could tell the bread has been sitting out for a while. My 4 year old couldnt even bite into it. I myself had hard time eating it. I forgot to ask to put cheese on my sandwich but then they should have asked me while they took my order. Either way not a good experience this time with hard as a rock bread. I hope it will better soon.

if I could give this location negative stars I would. I like Jimmy John’s but every OTHER time I order a sandwich it is WRONG. My fiancé used to work for Jimmy John’s and he says it is literally insane how often they get things wrong here. The last sandwich I ordered was supposed to come with hot peppers, when it did not arrive with afore mentioned peppers I called to have them re-​make the sammie. Well, after my new sammie was delivered (plus another tip for the delivery guy) I got a call from the «MANAGER» telling me that there actually were peppers on my sammie… and I quote «you know those GREEN and RED things under the lettuce» uuuuh, yeah jimmy johns manager, because I LOVE waiting 20 more min for a new sammie… never again. I’m over the multiple mistakes and the new attitude.

I LOVE JIMMY JOHN’S! The fact that you can order just one sandwich for delivery is fantastic and delivery is the fastest I have ever experienced!

I just don’t get it. I hear good things about Jimmy John’s but I have yet to be impressed. I pay $ 5 for a sandwich and it is the saddest excuse for a sub I have ever seen. Two slices of thin tasteless bread one slice of turkey meat and some lettuce. I am blown away at how Jimmy Johns is still in business. The food in my opinion is cafeteria food from the local public school.
The atmosphere in the store is like their sandwich bland and boring.
Jimmy John’s is proof that good marketing and advertising works.

Now don’t get me wrong, I love Jimmy John’s sandwiches.
They taste great, they offer plenty of variety, the delivery is literally FREAKY FAST, but I’m left with only one problem.
I typically only order Jimmy John’s when I’m at work and don’t have time to make it out to actually grab something to eat.
My sub always arrives promptly, but I’ve got one issue with this place that warrants the 3 star rating that I’ve given Jimmy Johns:
I have literally NEVER received a «thank you» for the tip that my driver ALWAYS gets.
Maybe Jason’s Deli will be more appreciative of my consistent gratuity.

I’ve used this location, and others, for a long time to get my delicious sub fix. But they came through for me big on my kids birthday.
I placed an Online catering order for a birthday party, thinking I’d chosen the Anderson «Mill» location, but actually placed it with Anderson «Lane», further South.
My Husband picked up and they worked with him to fill the order here. It was fantastic. They are always fast and friendly, but this was above and beyond.

I agree with the other reviewer from today, one hundred percent… it made me laugh because it is true, and I cannot believe I have not reveiwed this one in all of the times that I have utilized this particular JJ.
This is a terrific JJ in North Austin. Whatever their secret is, they never fail!
I do the delivery option probably 50% of the time, just so I can go there because I like them that much.
The delivery charge when I am in that area is hilarious (it is under a dollar for the delivery charge, which we all know is cheaper than getting into a hot car sometimes and burning up more gas than a dollar is worth)…
LONG LIVE JJ! I love the Club LuLu for life :) (I have liked all of their sandwiches I have tried though)…
