Poor customer service! I asked for salt and pepper. They refused to give me any! And BTW, they’re tuna sandwich was bland!

The service here is horrible. Every time I order here, they mess up. The guys there are too busy goofing off to do their job.

I had to come here to pick up lunch because they are not capable of delivering to our house which is only 2 miles away. The guy behind the counter was rude. Not coming here anymore

So I love Jimmy John’s. Friends. Family. Strangers know this. This new Lakeway location is in a training phase, which I’ve addressed multiple times with the area manager, who kindly contacted me back after I put in a complaint though the corporate contact us page online. There is one manager who is the culprit. Every time we walk in and he’s on duty, the place is dirty. Why? Because the 4 – 5 young people behind the counter prefer to socialize and try to talk to each other over the blaring loud speaker, which always seems to be playing Creed or another alternative band. The drink station is almost always out of napkins and straws. Just not sure why a location employs so many people who do nothing. How many JJ employees does it take to make a sandwhich? 4 – 5 apparently. Because that the only time they tear themselves away from screwing off and all help to make 1 or 2 orders every 10 minutes or so. 3 stars only because the sandwich is still the bomb. PS The delivery area is 2 miles. Literally. Bummer on missed business there.

First off, I’m a huge fan on Jimmy John’s. I live in San Antonio, and frequently visit my local Jimmy John’s. This location(in Lakeway) is nowhere compared to the other locations. My sandwich was half the size it usually is! For over $ 6, I expect a decent amount of meat and vegetables! I was very disappointed to see that this location is subpar to the rest.
