Our business has been through a couple bookkeepers, and they were good and sufficient, but then we decided to pay a little extra for JN & Associates to take over our books… and wow, it has been a night and day difference.
Nicole, Jennifer, and Carla have been ultra responsive and on top of all financial related work. I get monthly reports on our activity and all that number and tax related stuff I don’t even know about just get taken care of. Even our CPA has commended us on the numbers. I never have to worry about that part of the business anymore because I know it’s in good hands.
It’s rare to see a business with so many 5-​star reviews, but I assure you they are all real and legit, and I’m adding my 2 cents to the mix.

I’ve been using these guys to do my books for about a year now. Well worth the money! They are extremely organized and on their game. I’m a little ocd, so it bugs me when things aren’t just right. JN’s reports are accurate, timely, and easy for even me to understand. It would be very hard for me to make good business decision without the information they provide for me on a monthly basis.

Nicole and her team treat me like I’m their only client. Very easy to work with, fast and efficient. My books were a mess as I tried to do them myself with Quickbooks. Nicole laid out a plan to get me back on track. She maintained our plan through the end and have lightened my work load so I can concentrate on making my small business grow! I would recommend JN & Assoc to anyone!

JN rescued me — like many small business owners, I was trying to do Quickbooks by myself, and I was doing it poorly. Even when I was caught up, the data meant very little to me. I called Nicole, she met with me in my office, and was able to map out a plan to get me caught up. In a few weeks time, they had the last year and a half cleaned up and a plan for moving forward that would keep me up to date. Whenever they need clarification on any transaction, they follow up, so nothing gets swept under the rug. I can’t wait to present the year-​end documents to my CPA — she’ll be so proud/​relieved considering the mess I lived in in the past!

Wow! This is different! Certified Bookkeepers! I didn’t know their was such a certification. The services they offer are steps above their competition, and they are extremely professional in their execution.

OK– most people that have met me know I don’t know a lot about bookkeeping. When I first met Nicole, she discussed with me what can be done with a professional bookkeeping firm. I hired here and she began by gathering my past months’ receipts, talked with my CPA and currently keeps me up to date on our catch-​up projects. Pretty much everything I dreamed that a bookkeeper could do. This all leaves me time to focus on building my business forward while she looks after my books– quite seamlessly, I might add!

Nicole has effectively given me back many hours a month I’ve previously spent chasing problems in my finances. No matter how good a business person is, unless their business is finance, they are not generating income by fixing financial issues. But obviously the negative impact of such financial problems is huge and can not be ignored.
JN&A fills the hole and frees up time for me to be doing what I need to do to move my business forward.
