This review is for the service. I returned a ring back in September to get a stone replaced. Allison helped me and she was helpful and professional. She was super patient as she answered the million questions I had about the process. The ring was returned in beautiful shape, like new. I had to have the ring sent back again and I was again helped by Allison. She has wonderful customer service. I would pay more for jewelry knowing that no matter what the circumstance, you will be treated well for the life of your jewelry.

Be very very careful if you hire their«researcher«to find and design your crest. No proof of authenticity, no effort to assure of credibility.

I have been eyeing the John Christian catalogs(back in the day) and website(more recently) for years. I think I even saw them in Sky Mall. Well, I finally got to take the plunge when my husband got me a $ 100 gift certificate. Note: NOTHING costs less than $ 100 if you want real yellow or white gold. You can get by with their«Purluxxium» alloy(base metal(actually stainless steel) with a white metal overlay — looks alot like platinum). Meanwhile — now that I ordered my stack ring(Reg. $ 125 in Purliuxxium — I wanted white gold but could not afford it at this time) I never have to order again. I got it on 20% off so with the shipping charge and the gift cert I paid about $ 15 for it. For $ 15 a fake ring is fine. For $ 125 — no thanks. I only wear real jewelry and usually I can get a better deal on gold/platinum from local jewelry dealers in Philly or NYC. That said for a faux ring(with one real tiny diamond and 2 pale pink sapphires — so pale you can’t really even tell they are pink) it’s nice. It’s the personalization which is the real attraction. I wish I could say I loved my ring — but I don’t. It’s just OK. I hope it doesn’t tarnish. My jury is still out on the«Purluxxium stuff) From the website it says… fine stainless steel alloy that has the luster of platinum and the durability of titanium. Sorry but the prices are just too high.
