So my sons 1995 Honda Accord finally kicked the bucket! Being a single parent and having budget restraints I let it sit in my driveway so I can figure out if I want to get a new motor or just a new car. After a very nasty letter from my HOA, I decided that I had to have the car removed… and quick! I called a few companies to compare quotes and timeframes and Junk My Car Austin was by far the most lucrative and prompt! They explained to me how the whole process would work, gave me a fair price and sent out a truck within 24 hours keeping me from having to pay the fine that my HOA was about to slap me with! Thanks guys! The process was painless and the price was very fair!

I hate dealing with stuff like this because it always feels like I am getting ripped off, NOT THE CASE HERE!!! Friendly easy to deal with and the best $$$ for my car. I would use them again, I hope I don’t have to but definitely going to save their info!

Set a time for them to pick up and they were late so I called for an update and then she said she would call me back, never did. I called two times later that day and it went to a full voicemail. Called the next morning, no pick up and still a full voicemail. Went with another company. Do not recommend, they wasted my day.

So thankful I found Junk My Car! Apparently junking your car isn’t a painful process. I had an older model car that was taking up space and costing to keep it covered. It wasn’t worth it to me to get it going again since repairs would have cost me more than it was worth.
I did a lot of research to find the best and easiest way to get the most for my «junker» with the least amount of stress. Their website doesn’t lie, it’s easy with them; and, they really give you what they say they will.
So glad I called Junk My Car Austin.

Called them to setup for them to take my car. They promise me a fair price for the car and schedule a pickup. They were a no-​show for the pickup. I had to call them, and they claim their truck broke down. They promise to pick up the next morning. No Show once again, and they did not contact to explain the situation. Do not recommend.

I found this business on Craig’s list. I was a little apprehensive at first. Cash for cars. Sounds like a scam but it’s not. I called the number. Before I knew it, someone was there to pick up my Toyota Tacoma with cash on the spot. Couldn’t be better. And they offered me more than anyone else. I got money in my pocket and something I didn’t need out of my driveway. They were professional in every way. You need to get rid of a car/​truck and need cash. This is the best way to go.
