My experience with this company was horrible. I went in looking for hair extensions and as soon as the woman behind the counter started talking about extensions, she was pushing me to a certain brand. She kept saying «good hair «, telling me the other was too expensive. I asked if it was enough grams for my thick hair and she said «yes, good hair, give good length». Perhaps they needed to get rid of that particular product. Who knows? When I got home and opened the package I found the hair to be stringy, full of shorter pieces and it had an excessive amount of split ends. I called asap and she argued with me, telling me she was with another customer and did not wait on me. The truth is I was the only customer there! We argued quite awhile and she wanted to know if I had cut the hair, well of course not! So she asked me to bring it back in. A forty minute drive for me. When I got there she proceed to lie about several things. Even her co-​worker couldn’t look me in the eye. The crazy part is, I would have bought the expensive hair. This place is deceitful! Do not buy anything from them! I have bought extensions in other cities and have always gotten good hair and great customer service. Not here! Find another place to buy from! I certainly will!
