We have a large horseshoe-​shaped house and have never been able to get wi-​fi to every room, despite buying extenders, etc. Most of our computers are Macs but one is a PC. Sunny came by, did some troubleshooting, and then sold us the Apple wi-​fi hub (Airport) and one extender. He installed them and changed some setting on the Time Warner cable modem. It works now. Not a cheap fix, but it beats years of hassling with it.

Called Sunny to get a quote for repairs on my older MacBook Pro. I’m not a computer guy and he listened carefully, provided free sound advice and provided options for me to explore. He recommended that I go to the Genius Bar and get a free diagnosis & offered to evaluate their recommendations for an opportunity for me to save even more $. Just based on my phone call with him, I’d say he’s totally legit and would use him for service, especially if I needed him to come to me!

Being new to Austin, I struggled to find help at home with my computer. I found Keep Austin Online and it was a life saver! Sunny is awesome! He has taught me things about my computer I would have never learned myself. He has helped me several times with different issues and I’ve been extremely pleased!
If you ever need help with you Mac computer, iPad, iPhone, or even the Apple watch, he’s your guy!
