Kline Properties

I have lived with Kline for 3 years now and they are great. Their maintenance crew is by far the best part of living with them but the other things like pizza and tiffs treats deliveries are nice too. I submitted a maintenance request this morning and they had it fixed by lunch time. So far it has not taken them more than 24 hours to fix any request we have submitted in the past 3 years. They have been very flexible with our lease renewals as well

Kline Properties owned the property I own that they converted from apartments to condos, and we love them. They redid everything and sold them as new construction, so we got everything crisp and how we wanted it. We were very particular and needy in the home buying process, and the behind the scenes team (Sadia) and his sales team were all so helpful and understanding. They truly went above and beyond. We’d love to work with them again.

Dismal. THE worst leasing company I’ve ever dealt with: terrible costumer service, repairs, and getting back security deposits can be next to impossible. Take note that the people giving this place 5 stars clearly work for Kline (they both reviewed the same day and have not reviewed anything else or since). These are the type of two-​faced people you have to deal with at Kline.
They mostly deal with college students many of whom are dealing with their first leasing experience independent of their parents. Kline is well aware of this fact and often bullies and intimidates students with fines and threats. If you, for whatever reason, end up with Kline, be prepared to get into arguments and be treated like an incompetent 5^th grader (stick to your guns with these guys if you know you’re right, … because in all likelihood they know you’re right too and are just trying to bully you).

I rent from Kline Properties in west campus and I have been very pleased with the management.
The property can get very messy after parties on the weekend, so maintenance will stop by to tidy things up. Any maintenance request I submit is responded to within 1 – 2 business days. Kline sends monthly gifts to our apartment in addition to pizza and cookies during finals. The ladies in the office are very nice and helpful. They always remind us to submit our rent payments to avoid late penalties. There are also many opportunities to enter drawings for gift cards.
In addition to the great management, the apartments are fantastic. My apartment has saltillo tile floors, large windows, and a bar. All of the appliances are very nice and perfect for college living.
I renewed my lease for next year and received a $ 180 gift card right before Christmas!

Yes most leasing places suck and screw you over when you move out but they take it to the next level.
They are terrible they will call you everyday and bitch at you for the most meaningless things. Also expect 100 emails a week from them.
Do not expect to get any of your deposit back expect to owe an additional 100 $.
