Over the past several days left a voicemail w/​callback # (twice) with NO response & thought I’d gives them one more shot & incredibly talked with a human being today, only to have him tell me he was with a customer & would call me back when finished. That was hours ago…
Always a RED FLAG when you don’t even reach 1st.
Nothing infuriates a customer or potential customer more, than NO acknowledgement of call,
NOT TO MENTION 3 ATTEMPTS.

I’ve used these folks 3 times in the last few months for routine fluid service on my personal vehicles and I gotta say they’re top notch. The attention to prompt and courteous handling of my needs is a refreshing change compared to others in the area. If you live in the Dripping Springs area, these are the folks you’ll want to use for your basic auto maintenance services.

This place is great! They have a clean, comfortable waiting room with and presentable-​looking, kind and courteous staff.
They have a nice kitchen area with free coffee and water and they have wi-​fi and tv in the waiting area. I also noticed a separate kids’ play/​waiting area. I’ve had other car places top off all fluids and checked tire pressure at no charge when I have had my car’s oil changed but these folks did that AND also vacuumed the interior and cleaned the exterior windows at no charge!
Thanks to this place there will be no more dreading having to endure a nasty waiting area, grumpy mechanics and stale coffee when the next 3K miles on my car rolls around.

I went in here to get my state inspection done, thinking it would be quick and convenient. Despite being empty, it took about 20 minutes for them to get to me. When they did, they failed my inspection due to headlights and a leaky power steering fluid.
Took it to another location and it passed without issue. Hays County has some of the least stringent inspections, and my car used to pass just fine in Williamson County without issue. Felt a little like they were just trying to upsell me to get the work done there. I will be going someplace else from now on.

I went in for a simple oil change. Was told that because I had used synthetic oil previously that I HAD to continue using it. NOT TRUE. Over $ 60 for an oil change? On a car? I won’t go there again. Complete rip off.

I am really happy to see a new auto service place out here in the Southwest! I was greeted in the parking lot and my car was brought in immediately and they got to work on it. This place is spotless, the waiting room looks like the lobby of a high end hotel and their WIFI is smoking fast! And did I mention, very friendly? I will be back!
