Las Cascadas Laundry Center

I was really happy when this place opened up, because my washer went out and it was close by. However, the washing machines are constantly down — especially the large ones — of which there are only eight. Today, I went in, and 5 of the eight were «out of order». Two were in use, and the last one smelled like feet when you opened the door. Also, both vending machines have been out of order for several weeks
I have frequently talked to the workers there and have asked to speak with the person in charge. I have been told I can’t do that. The owner apparently runs another laundromat on Guadalupe. She obviously doesn’t care anything about her business, muchless customers! Maybe she should sell it to someone who would keep it up.
