The first time I left my clothes to be cleaned, it went ok, but the person I left my clothes with was a little on the ditsy side. The second time I left clothes, they miscalculated my clothing count; and when I went back to pick them up, they lost 2 shirts. In addition to losing 2 shirts, they overcharged me for an item I dropped off. When I asked the person on duty about my missing shirts, she shrugged her shoulders and told me to return the next day to question the person who took my clothes in the first place. She didn’t even offer an apology. They have idiots working there that don’t know what they are doing and don’t know the meaning of the words«Customer Service». Finally, a month later they found one of the shirts and had additionally no apology for the misplaced item.

This place is such a mess!!! 1. The workers claim they«do not work there», or for a different location and act like they are so confused with ringing up your clothes-very unprofessional and lacking integrity 2. The workers BADMOUTH the owners-even more unprofessional and unethical 3. I dropped off clothes at 8:30 am, meaning they would be ready that same day by 5:30-which is a lie, and my clothes were not ready until AFTER they were supposed to be closed for the day-by boyfriend went to go pick them up and was treated with so much attitude 4. Two shirts were missing and the workers are trying to blame my boyfriend for not knowing where the shirts were, when they had no idea where the shirts were-YOU WORKTHERE. Luckily, they found the shirts much later-yes, after they were supposed to be closed. 5. For the attitude and trouble we went through, never going back and paying SOMUCH for dry cleaning

These people are very disrespectful!!! They told me my clothes were big so therefore there is an upcharge!!! They have absolutely no integrity!!! I paid for a service and they didn’t do it and when I showed them they just laughed and tried to act like they didnt understand what I was saying!!! And they did not even try to fix it!!! DONOTBRINGYOURLAUNDRY/DRY CLEANINGHERE!!! These people suck!!!

Extremely poor service. Called to see if they were open. The person answering the phone said they were. I drive there at 7:25AM and they were CLOSED!!! The sign said they opened at 8AM on Fridays. I came back at 8:30 — NOT opened. They are NOT dependable and do not deserve to be on business!!’

Brought our coats and scarves here to have them cleaned before we needed them this year. Coats were cleaned nicely, but my prized possession, my favorite accessory, my beautiful,(and very expensive) silk Burberry scarf was wrinkled and pressed crooked. The seam was moved to the middle of the scarf, not even close to where it was when I dropped it off. Not horribly obvious and the scarf isn’t ruined, but I have to take it elsewhere to have it pressed correctly. And it’s wrinkled, but the wrinkles are pressed into it. Looks like someone did it in a hurry.

Horrible! Do not get your clothes dry cleaned here! I took my expensive jeans that I do not wash so they won’t fade or shrink, and they did exactly that washed them. Then they told me they don’t see anything wrong with them and it’s not their problem! Don’t let them ruin your clothes too!

I take all of my dry cleaning to Q cleaners. They are fast and most importantly they are reliable. I always get my suits back on time and clean and pressed. I love this little place.

If I could give less than one star I would. Avoid this place. I took the basics, men’s business shirts. One I don’t think they even washed the shirts and they certainly did not press them. They came back as wrinkled as they were when I dropped them off. Two the only reason I know they did anything with the shirts was the big mark on the front of one that was not there when I dropped them off. It took me an hour and two kinds of satin roomer to get that mark out. I certainly wasn’t going to trust them to do it. I will never go back there. One trip almost cost me a $ 500 custom shirt, I don’t want to press my luck with a second.

I read these great reviews, and I expected better. I brought my clothes in on a Friday, and they told me they would call me when they were done. A week later, I called, and they said that they would be ready by the end of the day. Apparently, one of the items I was getting altered held everything up. I wish they would have called me when the other items were cleaned. Also, the woman who ran the register didn’t know how to charge for the alteration. She was EXTREMELY sweet, but I didn’t find out how much my pant alteration would cost until after I picked them up.

I have been taking laundry here for about(8) years. I have gone through several management changes and a couple dozen counter personnel. Yet I keep coming back. I am a starch freak and I like my laundry heavy starched, crisp and clean. My jeans come out of there standing on their own. Over the years they have broken a few buttons, but they always replace them. I have also gotten a few repairs and alterations done with satisfaction. There have also been a few times they have called about cash I left in a pocket, my US passport and a prized fountain pen gifted to me by my parents. They always have my left behind articles in a little plastic bag with my name on it. Who does that? The missing fifth star is due to a price change on «winter clothes». They started charging me double on my heavy long sleeve Wrangler work shirts. After a lively debate and a threat to take my business elsewhere they acquiesced. I spend $ 60 there every two weeks. They can give me a break on a couple of shirts. I am sure, with time, I will get over it and kick them up to(5) stars which they probably deserve for years of great service.
