I’ve moved a number of times over the last few years and have had to try more than a few stylists. With my thick hair, I’ve gone from a short bob to shoulder length, no bangs to swept bangs. When I moved to Austin, I started going to a Redken salon and, after really trying to communicate and work with a stylist, I decided I needed a change.
Sheena has been fantastic! I’ve never been to a studio like hers; it’s a small and private space that she keeps clean and comfortable. I was at a crossroads with what I wanted — the layers were all wrong and the bangs just didn’t sit right. I am one of those people who wants (and needs) the professional to take the lead with their expertise.
Sheena has done just that. She picked out my color on the very first guess. My layers are the best I’ve ever had and my bangs are perfect. I’ve even had someone take a picture of my hair! Believe me, that has NEVER happened. She simply knows what she’s doing. I can feel comfortable with her easy demeanor and styling skills.

Thanks to Sheena I love my hair again. My hair had gotten too long and was hard to manage; I was ready to chop it off. After meeting with Sheena, we decided to try a new cut and keep the length.
