My husband and I bought a faucet and sink from Main Faucet. Their service and price was excellent. Faz was very helpful. The faucet looks and works great.

Excellent service. They had the best price on a faucet I was looking online, and they happened to be located in Austin. I was able to pick up from their store on Lamar and while there I also found a clearance priced sink from their scratch-and-dent inventory. The sink was pretty much new, the box was a little damaged but the price was half. Very happy with Main Faucet’s service. I will be recommending anyone who is remodeling their house to visit their store.

I purchased a modern elongated toilet from . When it arrived… I knew that it was not elongated the moment I saw it. It also arrived broken from the edges on the back of the toilet. I contacted the Customer Service from and mentioned that the item was not as describe(It was not elongated and more like a standard toilet bowl.) They basically acted like it was my mistake and I was having buyers remorse. I tried to exchange it for another toilet but learned that they had a limited selection of modern toilets. I communicated several times by way of Instant Message and emails with the customer service. They originally told me that I had to pay for the both shipping routes and restocking fee(about $ 350). I told them that it was not fair that I had to pay for the shipping since it arrived broken. After communicating with them… they told me that they would only charge me $ 210.00(one way shipping and restocking fee) I told them that it would not be logical to charge a restocking fee since it was broken and they would not resell the product. mentioned to me that I would get a Return Merchandize Authorzation, I asked for RMA ## from the customer service at on two different occasions but they stop responding to my emails(I waited about a 1.5 weeks for a response). I submitted a dispute with the credit card company and provided all the documents and communication I had with . The credit card company refunded all of my money for the purchase of the broken toilet. Don’t do business with …it is such a hassle to deal with them and they don’t seem to care about their customers.
