I rented from Makin Waves in October of 2011 and it was a great experience. In no particular order, here is what I liked about the experience:
1. GREAT communication. John was always very reachable and also called me the day before just to confirm everything.
2. Super flexible with me (they were not particularly busy that day).
3. When we arrived (early) the boat was already in the water and ready to go! Super prompt.
4. John is such a nice guy, that he even offered to help launch a boat for a guy who was trying to do it by himself (of course after he was done with us).
5. the pontoon boat was in great condition and worked like a champ.
We were so happy with our experience that now we are renting from them again in April, 2012.
