I will never again do business with these jerks. I hired them to install a tankless water heater some years ago. First, they were supposed to route hard gas pipe to the unit, but they just used flexible line. What’s worse, the guy used the shortest length possible that cut waist high across the area where the old tank water heater was. Stupid! When I complained, he used a longer length and routed it along the corners over to the wall where the tankless unit was installed. He still did not use the hard pipe like they said they would and I didn’t push the issue. Furthermore, they refused to give me a refund for work that was not needed but priced in, that is, installing a new vent pipe.

Same problem here. Was told they would come between 3−4pm today. No show. No call backs. No bueno. Very unprofessional

I can’t report on the quality of their work because they never showed up! Lots of phone calls back and forth… but nothing. Wasted my day waiting around for them.
