WOW. So this is the guy that replaced Grill Girls? The food sure does look lovely, but I have no intention of ever trying it. That is because this guy is a complete and total prick. I don’t care how great your culinary skills are, there is no conceivable reason for disrespect and bad behavior towards anyone! I love to support local businesses but for me, attitude goes A LONG WAY. Bar patrons, fellow employees, even people with an opinion — you sir, are nothing without them! There is no room in Austin for this kind of business and a good concept is only as good as it gives.
