McDonald’s

Not sure what people are complaining about this is one of the best McDonald’s in the area, except it has no play place for my kids. Always gets my order right and fast. I wouldn’t give it 5 stars based on one visit, but consistency is what I’m looking for in a McDonald’s. And in SW Austin. This should be your McDonald’s. Don’t wait til you get to dripping springs. Stop here.

I am giving this Mc Donald’s 1 star because I ordered a number 4 with cheese and a Happy Meal. Not complicated at all. Get my order there is no cheese on my burger and when I check my receipt of course the cashier didn’t put cheese on my order. Second I bring my burger to the counter to pay for a slice of cheese and the manager makes eye contact with me, sees I am standing here with an open burger and continues to work the drive threw orders. Never ask me is there something wrong, nothing. I never did get a piece of cheese and will not come back to this Mc Donald’s. My biggest problem with all this besides horrible service even from Management is that these workers honestly think they deserve $ 15 hr. What a joke, they can’t even get a simple order right.

If only negative stars were a possibility. So the only time I dare eat this crap is when I’m in a hurry. So fast food drive thru is supposed to be fast. That’s the point. Well after sitting in the drive thru for 15 min I finally get to order, pay then thank the fast food gods I get to the window to get my order. Your coffee is going to be another 5 mins. It is 8 am on a weekday and you don’t have coffee ready. No wonder this company is having issues…

Ordered 20 pc nugget meal, 2 mcchickens and 2 Mcdoubles and a fish filet meals and they forgot the fries and the drink? Really? I thought McDonalds had higher standards. This McDonald’s had low quality and service. Sad part is that they had us pull forward to wait and they still got the order wrong.

This is the worst fast food restaurant in the whole state of Texas. Drive through options are limited in the area so I have been here numerous times. In my last 10 visits I’ve had my order correctly filled TWICE. The employees are rude and the food is often cold. There is also the issue of their ive cream machine somehow always being «cleaned» when I want some. I will never ever go back there again.

This place is a mess. Single lane=wrong order. How in the world did they think they could get things right with two lanes? Must be privately owned. Who has ever been to a Micky d’s this poorly managed??? Third try I’m out. And in my area the fast food is very limited.

Wow thought we would give this place a try again, giving em the benefit of the doubt. But omg! Why did we act so nice??? I hate this mc Donald’s! Worse service EVER!!! We waited in line for 10 min for someone to take our order and we ended up leaving without food! Get your crap together before corporate is called!

Nothing says health code violation like a dead roach in your order of fries (see photo).
And to think I was complaining because they were simply cold.

Okay, what is the deal? This is the third time I have gone to this drive-​through after midnight and they do not accept credit cards.
This is continued poor customer service and will make me think twice about going to this place if they’re not going to accept credit. There are plenty of other late-​night restaurants that will.

Slow to serve fries are cold. Asked for new fries and the girl was rude.

Grrrr, waited 9 minutes in drive thru & received cold fries again :(They may have redone the building and expanded the drive thru lanes, but the service is still slow and I have received cold fries the last three times I visited. I need to stop coming here…
