McDonald’s

Their employees can barely speak English. They just charged my card 5 times (still got no food because hey said it didn’t work) and caused the card to be deactivated because the bank thought it was fraud. And when we called to ask what happened, they hung up in my face.

Worst management ever! Ordered two sandwiches and waited at the window for 10 mins for the manager to come out and hand me a bottled water and ask if i ordered it. I said no and that it was just two sandwiches so waited another 5 mins while employees were just walking around lost inside. Finally got their attention and asked for a refund and they demanded that i show them a receipt. I couldn’t find it in my car and they refused the refund. These idiots want $ 15/​hr. There was no one in the drive thru! No one! Never returning to a McDonald’s again. Ever! I’ll go to more professional places like chick fil a and whataburger. This is the 3^rd time they’ve stolen my money. The past few times I’ve gotten a complete wrong order. My fault for not checking the food before driving off. Can’t trust these morons.

The employees at this location do not wash their hands after using the restroom. While waiting for a stall I witnessed two women come out and not wash their hands.

Its no wonder they have such a low rating. I go in order a number six. Kid asks just the burger? I reply no. Its nuggets. He confirms a number six. Wait back up. Never greeted me asked what do you want just stared blankly like i should do a trick. Anyways rings me up i pay i ask for a cup. The kid is stumped. Asks if i want a water cup. He said i ordered a six which is nuggets. Good for him he figured it out. Well acording to him numbers are now the item and a meal is when you say meal out loud. So i ask the fries n drink be rang up. Seperate its more. And a sexond transaction on my card. I wanted to leave at this point. Asked for a refund. He gets manager. She has me explain three times till she finally refuses a refund because a line had formed. Said i have to contact the store manager because «its not her fault» then rudely told me to be more clear when i order meanwhile her and boy wonder are discussing the problem in spanish. Also rude. So offers the fries n drink gratis. Gives me some short looking idk whats actially served in it cup and the last of some cold dead fries. The whole time sitting and eating just spanish jibjab going on behind me. Anyways i work across the street but ill drive to the one down the road in the future. I worked for mcd for three years and i know thia was a bunch of bull. Cant name names. Didnt see a nametag. Just a manager giving me a death stare the whole time and some kids with their pants half off their butts because theyre given xl shirts rather ones that fit and arnt work hazzards. But ill go i to that complaint when i notify osha. You notice a lot in a dump like that when you were that maintenace man for two years. Take my advice. Get on the feeder. Turn right at the y. Go to rhe one by walmart and goodwil. Theyre kind and actually know what a meal is and what one is nuggets and not a burger.

Horrible service @6:00 a.m. The drive thru window person hardly spoke English, I felt stupid repeating my order over and over. Then at window, he had the order messed up. After a couple more minutes he finally got the computer to do what he needed and took my order. I felt bad for the cars waiting behind me. At window for food received drink, then food and no hash brown. So again I wait till I get noticed and ask for my hash brown. A short eight minutes later I had my number six. Keep up the excellent customer service Micky Ds.

Not very friendly, dirty, flies. You can stand there at the register for 5 min waiting for someone to help you while they check their email on their phones. Stay clear of this place.

Gave us the wrong dressing for my two salads, ruined 2 lunches at the same time. Offered to let us come back up and get what we had already paid for, what a treat! You mean after missing lunch due to your error, I can drive back to your establishment and get what I ACTUALLY ordered. Not how I would expect a manager to handle this, disappointing. You expect the food to be so-​so, but accuracy and customer service should better than this.
***UPDATE*** after I got the replacement salads back to my office they gave me the wrong salad dressing again for one of them, so I had to drive back for the third time!

You have a sign at the drive thru that’s says Diet Sweet Tea. It’s a big Sign. Girl taking my order had nothing but attitude when I tried to place my order for a large diet sweet tea. If the product is not available do not put a giant sign advertising it…

My friend and i went here this morning around 10:54am, my friend’s order was a large sweet tea and two peach pies. Once we go to pay at the window they let her know there was only one peach pie left, when she asked they had no clue when they would make more and if they did make more how long it would take. So we took the drink and one peach pie and one apple. A few mins down the road she tastes her drink and finds out its a coke. So she calls on the way back to let them know her order was wrong. She explained the whole thing to the manager and also told him about the pies, when she was done he said nothing, she said hello and few times and we could here people but he was not even listening to her. She was left on the phone for over 10mins with him ignoring her. We explained again at the window to the manager and we got this blank stair with no explanations as to why he was not speaking to her on the phone with the phone still in her hand running the conversation he was ignoring. we were told we could have a peach pie in 4 – 5 mins, this was at 11:19 by 11:30 we went to the window again and some lady said 2 more mins we told her it had already been 10 mins and then our pie magically appeared, then we had to remind them she still needed her tea. What a joke.

The turn around here is pretty high as there’s never a familiar face. My order is wrong every other time plus they have the attitude of not wanting to be there. Every time I get my order fixed they act like I’m the one that can’t read a receipt. Don’t get me started on when they short you your change. I just want a correct order, not your depressing vibes dragging me down.

It’s McDonald’s not too much to say other than their service here is pretty great and fast. When you arrive here in the morning it may seem packed through the drive through but you are in and out of here pretty quick. Staff is always smiling and friendly. Which is rare in fast food services these days. That my Unilocaler’s is great in my book because I hate going to places where people aren’t happy where they work. Makes you wonder how your food will come out when they are not happy. I definitely enjoying coming here because it is easy to access from 290.

As per all other McDonald’s restaurants, I only come here for two things.
1. #4 breakfast after a night of binge drinking
2. hot fudge ice cream sundaes
It can be safely assumed that when one individual comes through the drive thru ordering four ice cream sundaes (to share with friends), he or she will probably want one of those cardboard cup holder things. I mean, thanks for asking first, but how would I ever get back to the office without one.

Meanest manager ever! Not only he is rude, I can tell that other staff don’t like him much either! The ice dispenser has mold growing in it… GROSS!

Went for my fix late night and got great service from Jesus, very nice guy. He made sure my order was correct and had everything I needed, even reminded to comeback. That’s what I really like, actually being treated nice. I will definitely be back now. Thanks

I checked in while I was there (drive thru) and when I got to work and went on Unilocal I saw no one had reviewed this McDonald’s.
Guess what? This one looks like all the others and the food tastes just like all the others. So if you have ever been to a Mickey D’s you know what I mean.
