Went in recently and noticed two employees joking around while one was making an order and a line of three people sat there waiting. As unprofessional as it gets. These employees definitely need a lesson on customer service. I won’t be back ever, I don’t wait while paid employees soak up clock money not doing their jobs.

My daughter walked in to get a sandwich, but the staff treated her like she was too slow to serve. They repeated asked her the same questions over and over, then shoved her sandwich aside in frustration. Another staffer had to take over her order. The cash register person was slow. When I called the location a few minutes later to talk to the manager, the girl who answered said the manager was absent, and she only knew the manager’s first name. The girl sounded like she was too busy to be concerned with my complaint. VERY FRUSTRATING.
