The food is good, clean restaurant, but very poor service, employees are grumpy, they need better smiling employees

Hands down the worst subway in town. Employees always seem to be distracted with personal tasks and could care less about the customer. It’s also annoying to have to listen to the«manager» talk about every young girl that walks through the door. Go out of your way to void this place.

Arguably the worst service I’ve ever had. The girl making my sandwhich couldn’t speak enough English to take my order and when I informed her I couldn’t speak Spanish she laughed and looked to her manager who clearly didn’t care. Shame.

The employes here act like that don’t care and don’t lesson. I had to ask them to add more olives 4x because to then added one or to is more. And there body language screams I hate this place. And I’m only helping you because it my job.

I’m assuming no one really reads reviews for Subway! :) But, I’ll write one anyway. This Subway is located 5 minutes from my job, so it’s a perfect place to grab lunch. The parking lot is a little janky, so drive slow — other than that I give it 5 stars. Why? The people that work here are always nice, even when I’ve seen customers talk to them in a rude manner. They hook up my sub with extra veggies when I tell them how hungry I am. The cookies are fresh. The chips aren’t ever stale. Exactly what you’d expect from a Subway. Enjoy!

While the customer service at this shop has always been abysmally on the lax end, I just watched what appeared to be the sole employee on staff typing on his cell phone for what appeared to be five minutes. After he was finished with his texting, he then(while still staring at his phone) mumbled out what I believe was«Do you wahnt uh samdwitch?» from the other side of the prep counter and then promptly went back to texting. No bro. I just wanted to spend my lunch break watching you text. If you’ve got the extra five minutes, just go to the one up near Rutherford. You’ll be wasting less time on the drive than you’ll be spending on this shop waiting for service.

I know subway does not always have the best quality or best subs in town. That being said it is walking distance from my work. The people are nice and friendly. So when you add up a $ 5 lunch and a 3 minute walk it is worth it for me.

So, you know Subway. It’s the usual. My very first job was at Subway, so I always have a soft spot for it. What I like about this Subway is that sure, they start to close up 30 minutes ahead of time like any other one, but if you end up there 10 minutes before closing, they don’t get mad at you and angrily toss around the lettuce bins and slap your tomatoes on your sub. They are totally cool with it, and make your sandwich in their normal friendly manner. Then, after you pay and start to leave leave, they peel off those plastic gloves, walk back outside with you, sit back on the curb, light up a smoke, and wave as you drive off.
