I’ve had many a serve yourself yogurt experiences here in Austin and in other cities. WELL, Menchie’s stole my heart and will forever have my money because of their large selection of yogurt flavors and their massive topping station… but: THEY HAVE NERDS in their topping bin… Willy Nerds and that is BY FAR. thee. best. topping. for yogurt (and ice cream) so, my life of trying out different yogurt shops has come to an end… for Menchie’s, you win!!!

Its frozen yogurt that you make yourself. Kinda pricey but its okay. Would return.

Menchie’s has DOLE WHIP. They call it «dole pineapple sorbet», but don’t be put off. It is true DOLE WHIP, the tangy pineapple, dairy-​free deliciousness that until now has been unavailable in Austin, and indeed most of Texas. I know. I’ve looked. It’s the same stuff they have at Disney and at the Dole plantation in Hawaii. It is delicious. It has probably permanently put Menchie’s on the top of my yogurt list. I tried their plain tart also which was tasty. But, DOLE WHIP.
Employees very nice, by the way. I think they were a little baffled by our dole-​whip-​freak-​out, but very indulgent of my buying like 2 pounds of it.
