I’ve not had my AC/​heating unit serviced since I bought the house in 2006… icckkksss! So, when Matt King of MGK Services sent an email to our HOA community to let us know about their services… I scheduled an appt… just sure that I was going to get hit with some big bill. My appt was confirmed by text the morning of, they arrived 5 minutes early, very professional, courteous, clean. Took off their shoes when coming into my house, kept me informed of everything they were doing, asked lots of questions, make some amazing suggestions… found a branch that was simply tied off and sucking up air that was going nowhere (thank you builder!). Fortunately, my maintenance angel was here… and I had no problems!!! The fee was extremely reasonable, NO service charge or trip charge. Matt made some great suggestions on how to keep one part of my room cooler… and is coming out today to do the work. I am extremely impressed with their level of service and knowledge. Highly recommend them!
