Bed is uncomfortable… im sleeping on a slight incline. No shampoo. Have to pay for wifi… which honestly is the worst thing. At least to me. Sheets are rough which is to be expected. Location is atrocious. Even the table wobbles. Bad. I think 53 after tax and fees is way too pricey for this room. But, the prices only go up from there anywhere else. Oh and when i woke up i heard weird noises that sounded like it was coming from the walls. Im not saying there is something in the walls but idk what that noise was. So i don’t ill be back to this place ever again. I’ve had better experiences at other motel 6s.

Worst hotel experience of my life– i have stayed at the other motel 6 that is down the road 2 miles on the same side of the highway about fifteen times. I decided to give this one a try just to see how it went. I arrived and the girl who checked me in was friendly but seemed new on the job. I was given room number 145? I believe. So i was super tired after working all day and just wanted to get to my room and i walk in and the room had not been cleaned. Keep in mind its after work at 6 pm. I walk out and the housekeeper says«it no clean» i said really? She then said«you go to office rudely. Okay now the second time i have to get in my car and circle all the way back around. I go tell the office about it and they issue me a key for the room next to the unclean one i had previously. I walk in and wouldnt you know it, dirty. So instead of driving around again i decide to walk. So i walk under the railing and one of the maids drops a huge bag of garbage from the second floor directly on my head. Drops a large full garbage bag right on me. Probably not on purpose but it still was not cool. I go in the office again and tell them what happened, and instead of like comping me a room or discounting a room she offers me yet another key and a apology. I walk back to my car get in, drive all the way around to where rhe room is and the key she made me does not work for the room assigned. I get in car drive all the way back to office and say heres your key it didnt work. She looks at me and says sorry. Thats it just sorry. I say i am not staying here i want a refund. They never offered a comp on a room or any vouchers for a free stay even after i mentioned it. They did however make me sign a piece of paper saying i had been refunded and i left. I would not recommend staying here to my worst enemy

I think this is a Working Girl’s motel. Went to dinner, came back and the APD were there arresting someone. Also, they maid came in took sheets off one bed, took towels and wash clothes and left the bed unmade and no towels. When I asked one of the room staff to come back and finish the job, she looked at me like she didn’t understand a word I said. Called the office, they sent two women immediately, one scolding the other the whole time they finished making the bed back up. I will NEVER stay here again I don’t care how cheap it is. Felt like I needed that open carry to pass while I was there.

Room stinks. AC doesn’t work. Stains and hairs on the sheets and they«ran out» of free wi-fi… For $ 100 a night you might as well sleep in your car and save yourself the money. This place sucks.

So the only reason I am giving them 3 stars is because the customer service really impressed me, circumstances required me to come to this hotel, i use to live off Rundberg so I already knew the sketchiness down there.(if you don’t know it’s near the ghetto basically) but if you have tough skin and you know aint no body going to mess with you, then you should be good. Im a simple hispanic women haha. Anyway, Monica and Paul that worked there gave me supurb service, very kind, respectful, polite and i kept locking my key inside the door and they gave me no hassle for it.(except for the bitch that worked over night, but she’s lucky I’m nice lol) I was worried that there wasn’t going to be safety but a security guard was walking around and actually spoke to me and my boyfriend and was really cool, and super nice(he gave me towels when the bitch over-night said they were out — who runs out of towels?!) and he made me feel that much safer, he made sure he didn’t let anything pass him up; while we were talking a car alarm went off and he walked over there immediately. hmm what else, got to take my dogs:) I heard it was a place with crack-heads and prostitutes but I tried not letting that get to my head. the price was awesome like $ 47 one weekdays and weekends was $ 60-something dollars so i left-lol, but it was good enough for me on a budget. Even though you had to pay wifi, but Monica gave me a free code since i had to wait for my receipts to print(they had printing problems at the time-but gave me my receipt at the end of day) :) Then when i locked my key in room, the security guard was in the office(twice-this happened) & over-night bitch was like do you had I. D(i locked in room) and the security said he knew me, it was the best lol shut her up! All in all, stay here if times get tough, the customer service is what really won me over– GREATJOBMONICAANDPAUL(fire the over-night girl – she acted like she did not want to be there)
