Called Mark to discuss my studio build and he sounded excited to help me out. We made plans for him to come by the very next day which I thought was prompt service and got me excited to meet. The day of the meeting he called an hour before as planned but said he was stuck at a build site out of town and would have to reschedule for the following day. I said that would be fine but what was NOT fine was a no call, no show. I called and left a message and have not heard from him since. Lame. I’m sure I can find someone else who wants my $ 55k budget. See ya.

Mark is a great guy and helped us pull together an estimate for a repairs amendment for a new home purchase within hours! He’s totally going to be the general contractor doing the work on our new home and I’m glad for it! His professionalism and friendly attitude make him a joy to work with.

I found MSS contracting while considering building a patio with a pergola on our new house. Since my wife and I had not ever hired anyone for a project this big we were a little nervous about what to expect. The moment that Mark and Juan began talking with us the nervousness went out the door. Very professional, creative, great communicators and easy to work with. They even helped me filing the building permit with the city! I would recommend MSS to my friends, neighbors, and family. Thanks again guys!
