Working with Jon and Deanna to buy my house over the past month has been incredibly easy. Requested quotes on MLK day, when my bank, Chase, was closed, and Jon had estimates and rates out to me the same day. Chase took 5 more days to get back to me and their rates were worse.
The estimates of closing costs were spot on (only $ 68 off on a $$$ purchase) and we could have closed even earlier, but the sellers weren’t ready. nice!

I also contacted Jon after reading other reviews. who seemed alright until I was pawned off on another individual in a different office who was extremely unprofessional and incompetent. Finally got tired of the run around and unresponsiveness that I moved on to a more reliable person/​company that my realtor recommended. Good luck if you try them out!

I can’t say enough good things about Jon and
Jon made what can be a daunting task and made it about as simple as it can get. He explained things in detail and offered to go over everything again (and again) until we were clear on everything. I’m still impressed by the level of service he has provided and have referred our friends to him as well. Simply put… he is outstanding!
