My Salon Suite

I had an excellent experience with Tina! She listened to what I wanted in terms of colour and cut. She was so pleasant and calming. She spent a long time with me, even after the first colour we used didn’t stick, she re-​dyed my roots at no extra charge (although I did offer).
In total for, my crazy thick, curly, coarse hair for a cut and colour of roots she charged me $ 75. That is a steal, people! I called all around Austin, as I am on a grad student budget, and she was by far the cheapest (most places around here charge $ 140 on average after all my calls), plus she delivered on my difficult hair.
I will note that if you’re looking for in and out kind of experience, this ain’t it, but you will get the time and attention your hair needs. She cross-​checks her cuts when they are dry. She did also note she is more comfortable dying hair darker, not lighter. Something to keep in mind if you speak with her.

We got our haircuts and color by Rachel Marroquin. She’s been doing our hair for years. Always listens and always giving tips on styles and products to use. Love the new place! Very chic, clean, and very professional. Would recommend to anyone wanting a change, new look, or new color. Go Cats!

I get my hair done by Paula Paul at My Salon Suite. She is wonderful. I spent a couple of years looking for someone i wanted to cut my hair more then just one time. i am so glad i found Paula and i would recommend her to anyone looking for a hair stylist. She listens to what I want and I am always happy with the results. My Salon Suite is easy to locate and in a great location by Central Market.
