Just tried this place after a friend recommended it and boy is it delicious. We had several things and was all super delicious with complex flavors on great homemade naan. Go there! Do it!

Food trailers are nothing new in this town. What is rare is for someone to open one with a truly original idea and fantastic food. Naan Sequitur offers a wide variety of fantastic food served on naan (taco style).
The Bulgogi Pulled Pork is one of my favorite items on the menu and the eggplant is to die for!

Argh. This place was on point. Certainly non-​traditional naan. However, i tried the sweet potato pulled pork naan and it was absolutely delicious. The naan is nice and fluffy and somewhat stretchy enough to be able to wrap it around all the goodness that is laid on top of it. The pulled pork is so tender and juicy! The sweet potato strings add a nice bit of crunch to the whole extravaganza. The bearded guy making these is super nice and came out to our picnick table to ask if everything was ok. Super nice service, will def be back to try the other naans.

Short menu, big flavors! This was the best food truck I’ve had in Austin Texas. Absolutely amazing, really don’t know how this place isn’t famous yet! Definitely coming back to have some more of the homemade naan bread, bulgogi, pulled pork and sweet potato shoelaces! I recommend anyone wanting a new taste of Austin to come try this awesome place!

This place is so delicious. Well-​priced, lovingly made and freaking scrumptious. We had the beef bulgoki and the eggplant poboy (eggplant is smoked and then fried into little smoky eggplant tater tots). The naan is great. Soft, hot, holds up great so that even though the wraps are stuffed, they aren’t messy at all. Can’t wait to try other items!

Hands down best food truck I’ve ever been to. The naan is fresh, fluffy and crispy – and the sandwiches are amazing. We had the bulgogi pulled pork and the gyro cheesesteak. Both were incredible and it’s obvious how much care Chef Rob has gone into these wraps. Absolutely coming back soon!

Y’all…go to this truck! Right now. Go! Run!
First: The naan. My goodness, Rob (the owner) knows how to throw down on Naan. That alone is reason enough to return.
Second: The «sandwich» insides. WOW! Just. WOW! Flavors and textures are fully thought out and executed perfectly.
I had the pulled pork bulgogi… mind blowing! The pork was spiced and cooked perfectly, while the kimchi took it to the next level.
My guy had the Gyro Cheesesteak. Equally amazing for totally different reasons! The lamb, the pepper and onions… so on point!
Third: Sriracha Aioli. Put it on your naan! Do it… you will not regret it!
Fourth: Rob. This guy is working really hard, not to mention he’s quite possibly one of the nicest people we’ve met in ATX. Seriously, he was wonderful to chat with and truly appreciative of his customers. If not for the food, visit Naan Sequitur to support a local business owner that is thankful for every customer who walks to his window! Keep up the strong work Rob!!! We can’t wait to come back :)

An abundance of food trucks does in Austin, does not automatically mean an abundance of good food trucks. Naan Sequitur happens to be one of the great food trucks in this town and one that many others could learn a thing or two from.
First off, Rob, the owner/​chef, is easily one of the nicest guys in Austin. Second, his sandwiches are crafted in a gourmet fashion and are delicious. Along with the naan I’ve had at Odd Duck, his here I would rank among the best I’ve had. There is a buttery crêpe like flavor and consistency to it that works really well. I came specifically to try the Bulgogi Pulled Pork, but he was out of some of the ingredients for it. I’ll be back for that one. I went with the Sweet Potato Pork instead. The pulled pork itself, is the best I’ve had in recent memory. It’s smokey, juicy, and seasoned just right. Also included are shaved brussels sprouts and sweet potato shoestrings and a honey sriracha that ties everything together quite nicely.
Love the concept of naan sandwiches/​wraps crossing cultures. I don’t even want to call it fusion as fusion rarely tastes this good. I will definitely be back!

Okay, you get this is not Tikka Masala from a trailer, right? Naan Sequitur is Gangnam fusion style served on Naan. Clever stuff. And great naan too. A perfect bread.
The five menu items are impressive — including one vegetarian & one vegan item I think — but the next time I’m here I’m tempted to go for a stack of naan and a pound of pulled pork, because Chef Rob’s hidden forte may be his smoked meat. I’m curious what he could do with a brisket. But Oppan Bulgogi Style is okay by me, and I’ll never argue with a little Korean.
Everything is $ 9, he makes his own chips, and he gives away beer on Tuesdays. Wut? He makes his own chips, and he gives away beer on Tuesdays. Pretty sure he’s not giving his chips away. There’s definitely some non-​sequiturs at play here.

I was in town for a few days and stumbled upon this place, and it was awesome! I love Korean Bulgogi, and was very intrigued about the Bulgogi Pulled Pork Naan. I got it and it was nothing short of amazing. Rob is very courteous and passionate about the quality of the food he serves and customer satisfaction. I will definitely visit again if I ever find myself in Austin.

I just tried this place tonight for the first time. This is definitely the most amazing naan I’ve had and I love how it has a unique twist to it. My boyfriend and I got the smoked eggplant poboy and the bulgogi shiitake mushroom. Both of them were delicious and full of flavor. The smoked eggplant was perfectly seasoned and crispy and the sauce added just the right amount of spice to give it a little kick. The shiitake mushrooms were in a delicious marinade that paired really well with the naan. The owner Rob is really cool and has great customer service! I can already tell this is going to be one of our favorite food truck spots in Austin!

Naan fusion
Interesting twist to using naan bread instead of tortilla or bread for the base. The mix of the different ingredients gives the food a delish and original flavor. Fusion food at its best. The naan was fresh and amazingly soft (must be fresh baked) plus it is very filling. The meat (lamb) was tender and well seasoned and the sauces was flavorful. The sweet potato was really crispy and came with sriracha sauce.
Will definitely have to swing back by to try some of their other menu items :)

My first reaction when I heard about this place was — stop taking my people’s food and messing with it :). They mess it up real good and tasty. Thanks to Unilocal for featuring it, they have free beer Tuesday,
Pretty refreshing concept, take a hand made naan and throw marinated, grilled meat and fresh veggies with some finger licking sauces. Rob was kind enough to have me taste 2 naans — gyro and pork bulgogi, the latter one blew it out the trailer park. The gyro was great too, moist and organic! but boy that bulgogi with that sriracha aioli. Rob also gave me some pieces of the smoked eggplant, which was delicious and I want to try it on the naan next time. He even has a vegetarian bulgogi with shiitake mushrooms. Small menu, well executed food. filling at about $ 9 a piece.

Naan Sequitur excels in every regard; an amazing pun, and even more amazing food and service! I had the sweet potato pork and sweet potato chips and they were absolutely incredible. The pork was tender and perfectly seasoned, the naan was fresh and delicious, and the crisp shoestring sweet potatoes on top were perfect. I cannot recommend Naan Sequitur enough! I definitely will be coming back.

The type of business you just really want to do well (and I’m sure it will.) Rob is a super nice dude and his passion is obvious for everything from his flavors, to the customer experience, to his truck design (I think he said it was designed by a high school classmate whose art he always appreciated).
The naan, as you might assume from the name, is spectacular. Everything on top? Also amazing. If you’re veggie– I recommend the smoked eggplant poboy. If you’re not, the bulgogi pork is great. The sweet potato pork is also awesome with it’s crispy shoestring sweet potato fries on top.
Really glad to have this truck in our hood!

You can tell the flavor combinations the chef comes up with are a labor of love. I’ve had the smoked and friend eggplant, the bulgogi mushroom and cheesesteak all served atop amazing homemade naan. I work nearby and find my self «forgetting» my food at home a lot more often now that I’ve found this gem.
