I’ve been going to this nail salon for over 10 years. They always do a great job and the service is great. Bobby is awesome!

I had a great first experience here! I usually go to a different place that is cheaper and closer to my house, but last week when I went to my usual place I got a different lady who completely RUINED my nails. In a panic because I have to attend a black tie wedding tonight, I found Nails by Pro this morning and everyone was so sweet and helpful as soon as I walked in and explained what had happened. Bobby was the one who worked with me — he had to completely remove my horrible previous acrylics, file everything down again and start over on my thin stubby nails. But he did AMAZING work! My nails look fantastic! He was so nice, paid attention to every detail, and to top it off I was in and out of the place in probably under 30 minutes. 10⁄10 would recommend to anyone looking for amazing nail work, y’all definitely gained a long term customer!

Super nice technicians! I called at 7:10pm to ask what time they closed at, the lady said to come and she could help me, without even asking what services I needed. When I arrived I realized they closed at 7:30 and I was needing a full set of new nails. She was very pleasant and happy to have my business. I very much appreciated that and she did and excellent job on my nails

Incompetency. My pinkie was bleeding by the end. On 8÷15÷15, I went in for a shellac manicure and normal pedicure. One woman, Brittany, and her coworker worked on my toenails and fingernails. They didn’t clean my fingernails properly; I found dirt under them after they applied the first coat. They hurt my toenails when they were cleaning the dirt out of them. In addition, I had a blister on my pinkie toe and they didn’t seem to be aware of it or treat it with consideration. The shellac nails kept messing up, too. Eventually, they removed the coat and suggested another brand with the same color. As they were scraping the nail polish off, Brittany’s coworker sliced my finger with a tool. It hurt, and it stung. Of course, she apologized profusely and said, «It’s a new tool, it’s so sharp, I’m sorry» and she disinfected my finger. I left without a manicure, because I wasn’t letting them touch my nails again. All this keeping in mind, I’m sure they have great employees, but Brittany and her coworker seemed incompetent. I was NOT pleased.

I had my nails done here today and it was an excellent experience! Robby(?) did my fill and Polish and he gave great customer service! Salon was clean and everyone there seemed very friendly like family. I highly recommend getting your nails done here! :) I love my nails!

i took my first trip here last weekend to get a pedi. the ladies were so sweet. they had plenty of trashy gossip mags laying around to revel in while they scrub your pups. i opted for the deluxe spa treatment because i was feeling fancy that day. my toes look awesome. almost a week later and they’re still shiny. the deluxe pedi was $ 36. i think it’s $ 25 for the basic. i’ll definitely pop in again when i’m feeling like some pampering.

I just got a regular pedicure from Cindy, and she was fantastic! My feet are super smooth and my nails look great, but she also wasn’t too rough with my cuticles or anything. She was efficient and friendly, the prices are very reasonable and the salon was clean. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I went today for a Mani and Pedi… it was eaaaaa. My nails look as though my 4 year old files them and instead of my clear polished nails looking smooth they have scratches all over them because they used a rough sanding block on them. Lets not talk about hang nails, cause they skipped those completely. For $ 35 I expect at very least no gang nails and crooked filed fingernails. When I walked in, there wasn’t a «hello» or even a «we so happy you here» instead it was«pick you color.» That was the last of the English spoken.

I’m not one to get my nails done very often but I enjoy going here. The girls are friendly and know what they’re doing. Three stars only because I made the mistake of getting my eyebrows waxed and they made them very uneven and very badly noticeable. Never again will I go anywhere if my eyebrow girl is out of town. I rather be «hairy» then walk around with really bad eyebrows! Still they know their nails ladies. I would recommend.

I’ve been to several of the nail salons in the area and this has been my favorite. Clean, fast, and friendly service.

I have been going to Mindy’s salon for about 8 years. This place is great. The prices are reasonable. The service is great. The staff is hardworking. And they stand behind their work. Chip a nail and they fix it. Hate the color you picked and they will redo it.

I’m writing this review as I sit here. With my feet in cold water. Meanwhile I’m boiling because I’m really pissed. Let’s start at the beginning. I came in wanting a pedi. The lady that works here says it will be 10 min. Reasonable considering every nail lady has a customer. I didn’t even have time to pick a color before I’m told to take a seat at a chair. «Awesome!» I think won’t be long after all then. I’m greeted by a lovely lady who tells me to sit. She goes to the back never to be seen again. I put my feet in the water. Scolding HOT! I’m no baby. I agree that hot water should kill my nasty germs between my toes. But the water is so hot I ask the other lady to turn it down. Well. With that said. My feet are now soaking in cold water. Why you ask? Because its been 30 minutes and not one tech has started my pedi. how frustrating. At least if I waited in the lobby area I could leave! But now feet are soaking in cold water and look like I’ve spent the day at schlitterbahn! ok– the lady was nice. and the front lady apologized. but still.

I have had issues with them several times — using their fingernails instead of a cuticle utensil; rushing to finish and then cutting me under my nail so bad it bled. The final straw was when one of the manicurists kid spit in my purse! HORRIBLE!

I cheated on my usual nail place only out of total desperation for a pedicure. The ladies were all very friendly — but my pedicure bath water was lukewarm. I had their deluxe pedicure which wasn’t as great as i would expect from a $ 35 pedi. Next time i’ll just hold off and go to my usual nail salon.

My boyfriend goes here to get his eyebrows waxed, and I always go in with him to wait. We are always greeted by the friendly Vietnamese ladies, and my boyfriend never has to wait to be seen. The service is prompt and efficient, and the price is decent for an eyebrow waxing. All in all, even thought I wasn’t the paying customer, from my observations, I would recommend this place.

These guys suck. They run their shop like a car mechanic, which is not the right experience for a peticure or manicure. They also lie about how long it will take for them to get you in there, figuring that you will sit and wait and then pay. When my wife complained about how they made her wait 30 minutes past her appointment time, and had to leave because she had to be somewhere else, they said«Don’t come back». Losers.

This place is your typical mani-pedi joint. However, when I was in there over the summer a lot(I don’t bother getting my toes done in the winter) they seemed to have slipped a little bit in cleanliness and functionality. The massage chair I had(isn’t that the best part anyway?) didn’t work at all. I was seriously disappointed that they made me sit in it. To make matters worse, those knobs start to hurt after a while if they’re not moving around. You can walk in and get a cheap touch up done. Just don’t have too high expectations.
