So happy we decided to give this place a try. First lets talk about the food. The greens and okra were amazing! Second, the space is full of amazing artwork. And last but not least there’s always the possibility of someone popping up to bless the stage.

The food would have been delightful except we had to wait nearly 50 mins for it! And yeah they were busy but not THAT busy. Too bad.

I love this place so much. Awesome addition to the limited purely vegetarian eateries Austin has to offer. Comfort food so tasty, you might just forget you’re eating vegetarian. It’s prepared and served with love as well, I often feel like I’m visiting my family in Louisiana when I go here. Really hope it sticks around!

I love their food so much! The owner is the most friendly person I’ve ever met. I think the name hurts their business and that makes me sad. That being said I dream about their fried chicken.

I’ve gone here like 3 times(during business hours) in the last month and it’s always closed. What’s going on?

This place is delicious. Every time the sides and meals are different, but always delicious. Great service and atmosphere. The chicken nugget burger is my favorite, what is that mustardy sauce on it?! so good.

I am not not vegan, and I have never written a Unilocal review before. Myrna was wonderfully kind, talkative, and friendly, and had an awesome hat. Each meal was $ 10 flat, and was accompanied by a free bottled water! We waited for our food while being serenaded by karaōke, until our *substantial* trays of food were brought over by some extremely adorable children who were taking a break from hula-hooping. The food was impossibly delicious, with flavor combinations that I would never have dreamed of but which worked really well! I got the chicken nugget burger, with the dirty rice as a side, which was all accompanied by a beautiful spinach salad with two different delicious dressings. To top it all off, she surprised us with a delicious funnel-cake-esque fried banana on the house!!! All in all, I will DEFINITELY be going back! :)

Wow. With so many vegan/vegetarian options popping up in the Austin food scene, this one is definitely a prized up-n-comer. The food, the service, the comradery. It’s all so good. Read all of the reviews. Almost every one of them mentions how nice these guys are. And also the chicken nugget burger. Yes, it sounds weird but it really works. They do pretty much any meat alternative to satisfy those«meaty» cravings. Fish, chicken chili, tofu… you get the idea. No tempeh though. You will 90% of the time get hooked up with something you didn’t order. I got some seol rolls and the fried bananas foster. OHMYGOD! Heaven in your mouth. I recommend this truck to meat-freers and meat-eaters alike.

First off before I start getting into this review, know that I’m not vegetarian! I do eat a bean burger or tofu every once in a while though. So keep that in the back of your mind when reading. Food: The«chicken nugget» burger I got was amazing! The burger really did taste like chicken nuggets. Not the same texture, but that didn’t matter to me. And It had tons of flavor compared to other vegetarian dishes I’ve had at other venues. The side I choose was sweet potato fries, which are salted and served with ketchup. No way that can go wrong there! Service: Now the two women working in this truck are really nice people! Both of them had full smiles on their faces when helping explain menu items and cracking jokes at the same time. Which fit their food truck persona perfectly! Now there was six of us in our group ordering at their truck all at one time. Once the order was in it only took them around 5 – 7 mins to bring out all of our orders. Which was a lot of food between the six of us. The lady that served us apologized that it took so long(which it wasn’t long at all!), and then proceeded to bring us a free dessert! Which the dessert that she gave us was, I believe, a fried banana roll. And I can’t explain how good that dessert was!

Was on a veggie fast and was so happy when I found this food truck. Love love love the girl behind the counter. Whatever you pay her, double it. Great service made the great food even better. Had the fish tacos and husband had the shrimp tacos. «Fish tacos» were Ahhhmazing!!! Then we had the soul rolls. It must be said I hate bananas but she gave us an order to try and holy cow, I’m a believer. This girl can cook and most everything came from the garden next door. I must say if I lived closer and I could eat here everyday I could become a vegetarian. Will definitely be back.

After reading some other reviews about this truck and decided to check it out. I went here with my dad on a weekend when she just opened up. The owner is extremely friendly and knowledgable about everything she makes and has on the menu. The entirety of the menu is vegan and I wasn’t disappointed at all. I ordered the shrimp wrap and dirty rice and my dad ordered an avocado bowl. The wrap with the fake shrimp was very good. The dirty rice though was the highlight of the meal for me. It was seasoned just right and was a very healthy portion size. My dads bowl had 2 full size avocados on top of a bed of greens and came with a small side salad as well. It was too much food for him to finish. Overall the two dishes were freshly prepared, satisfying, and cheap. For both dishes it was only 18 bucks. Very impressed with the quality of food and the quantity of food. Will return soon.

Food was great at a fair price and the owner was very friendly. I had the soy chicken nugget burger with sweet potato fries and a fried bananas foster for dessert. The chicken pieces were lightly fried and well seasoned. The fries were crispy and sweet and came with a tasty curry ketchup. The bananas foster was different from what you’d expect because it’s fried, but it was sweet and delicious. I’ll be back!

THISTRAILERISOPENFORBUSINESS!!! I visited Nice N Ful with my 40-year and counting vegetarian parents and had a fantastic meal! A casual, Sunday afternoon outdoor dining experience that was wholly fun, friendly and a culinary delight. The proprietress and her daughter crafted, rich, full-bodied, stick-to-your-ribs, amazing veggie chili-burgers that, served on local, gluten free, Misty Morning Bakery buns, brought the house down at our table as possibly the best vegetarian and gluten free experience of recent years for everyone at our table. Seriously, if you are vegetarian, you REALLY should experience the exemplary, flavorful, robust offerings of this ingenious endeavor. Myrna and Dominique Fulcher are bringing the kind of rich, nuanced, expertly textured flavor profiles to the table that are so often missing from vegetarian cuisine. I can only describe the phenomenal chili burgers as thick, tasty, spicy, full-bodied, daring and spirited counterpoints to the established meat meal of the same name. I know this sounds like high praise and undue laudation, but I invite you to go and try it for yourself. I recommend this fine eatery without hesitation or reservation to anyone looking for an outstanding vegetarian repast.

Reopened March 2015 at Kenny Dorham’s backyard! I’m so glad because it’s PHENOMENAL! We got the veggie burger and tofu thai burger, both are right up there with best veggie burgers I’ve ever had(Bouldin Creek’s). Very original flavors and buns, haven’t seen anything like it. Can’t wait to try more!

Nice-N-Full is a new vegetarian/vegan trailer that is located on Rosewood Avenue across from East Side Pies. They’re attached to a small convenience store. They’ve been open for a couple of months. The outdoor area of the trailer is quite nice; they have several large awnings for people to sit under on picnic tables. When I was there they were playing some jazz music in the background. The menu consists entirely of veggie burgers. I tried the(tofu) chili burger and it was fantastic. All burgers are $ 8. They have some sides for $ 4. I tried the sweet potato fries and, unlike my burger, they were not very good — limp and bland. The staff was super friendly. It is owned by two people; one of the owners also owns the convenience store next door. Good, inexpensive, vegetarian food.

You guys, I’m serious. This place will severely damage your opinion of other food trucks. Their whole menu is great, really innovative, made fresh, etc… but the Soul Rolls. Oh my god, the Soul Rolls. Had the sweet potato roll first. Ordered a second round before I finished the first. The next time, I got a banana pudding roll, and entered some kind of nirvana wormhole where time and thought were meaningless, only soul roll. Also, these are definitely the most friendly people to ever run a food truck. The first time I went by we were met by the whole family, and introduced by first name, before we even got up to the order window. Nice-n-Ful. Get in your car/bike/scooter/barbie power wheels and go NOW. I’ll see you there.
