Kerem is an artist. I needed someone I could trust to do a good job for my «wedding day» haircut and he exceed my expectations. I’ve been seeing Kerem ever since. Genuinely nice, professional guy. You won’t be disappointed.

Karem is the only one I trust with my lovely locks. His daughter has the same hair type as me so he has true insight of what it’s like to work with mixed type hair. He’s seen me through all kinds of awesome hair changes, so when I asked him to turn my vampire red hair to an Alaskan inspired silver, I was delighted when he took on one of the most difficult challenges in wild hair colors. Sometimes I’m not totally connected with reality and pushed Karem onwards to lighter and brighter highlights. Thankfully he had my dignity in mind and preserved the strength of my already stressed hair.

I met Karem and Kara through my mom. For Christmas she had given me a gift card for highlights and cut. I have only ever had one person who could get my hair as blonde as I like it (I have thick brown hair) and Karem lightened it just the way I like. Obviously it’s a process and takes time but after two sessions… I was blonde! And my hair cut was SICK!!! Sick as in awesome!!! Everyone said I looked ten years younger ! Karem and Kara are a hoot! They are fun, funny easy to talk to. Great customer service! I have not done any services with Kara but I have seen a few of her clients walk out with the most incredible lashes ever!!! Highly recommend these two

I have never had lashes done before, and I absolutely love my lashes! Kara and Kerem are the warmest, friendiest people that you will ever encounter. Kara is very detail oriented and always explains everything that I need to know when taking care of my lashes or anything related to skincare. Not only is Kara professional, she also genuinely cares about her customers! I even referred a coworker over to Kerem for a haircut, and he literally transformed her old look, into a new, modern, look that is fresh and gorgeous! If you need a spot where you feel like home, and your beauty expectations are exceeded, this is the place!

Love this place, love Team Ozen! Both Kerem and Kara make you fell so warm and right at home… on top of making you feel fabulously beautiful (or handsome for the guys) for whatever services you’re getting. Understanding to your needs and styles, they make it happen! They aren’t the type to judge if you come in with a DIY that needs fixing. They just simply work their magic and give you some helpful knowledge. Loyal till I go bald!

I’m so impressed! One of my friends recommended I come here to get a cut. I had the best experience. I got educated on how to improve the health of my hair. It’s a husband and wife team. He does the hair and she does skin, lashes and much more. I’m probably going to be going back for eyelash extensions. I had previously gone to the Regis Salon and got terrible service. No education and a bad cut! I got it fixed here and couldn’t be happier. I’ve definitely found my new hairstylist! Also, SUCH a good vibe in their salon. These people are full of positive energy and I didn’t even realize how long I was in there! I DEFINITELY recommend this salon!

Kara and Kerem are just amazing! Kerem rescued me from a «panic» appointment elsewhere that had butchered my hair. He is a miracle worker, cut, color, hi-​lights and expert advice. Do not go to anyone but Kara for lash extensions, facials and facial treatments. She explains everything and answers any questions you may have.

You have to give it to Kerem & Kara! Kerem has cut my hair for over 20 years and I have tons a friends that also cut hair but he seems to always win the ticket! I am picky to say the least, so lets just say Kerem can handle me, which if you ask him about me will attest my statement (I openly ask that you ask him)!
Kara has saved my face after long nights and goes out of her way to make sure she gets you taken care of no matter her schedule! Again she has dealt with me and I am not a metro guy that loves to be pampered but she made me do it when my face looked like «The Hangover» movie! Thanks again Kara!

I’m so happy with the cut and color services I’ve had from Kerem at Ozen. I’ve had a hard time finding someone who can get my hair to behave, since my old stylist stopped working. Kerem did it! Both he and Kara are class acts and very nice to do business with.

Kerem has been doing my hair for several years and is the best! He knows exactly what I want even when I don’t! Not only is he a magician with hair he is an awesome person and I have a great time when I am in his chair. Highly recommend this place!

I moved here from Dallas 2 years ago and have had a TERRIBLE time finding someone that can do a bright platinum blonde and get my roots. I never knew it was that hard to get the roots but Kerem is IT! He is super fast, affordable and a true hair magician. Highly recommended from someone who was driving back to Dallas every 6 weeks to get my platinum blonde.

You will not find a better salon in Austin. Selma and Karem are amazing hairdressers. They give great cuts, do beautiful color and highlights and can really do fabulous up dos for special events. Kara is the facialist and she really gives the full treatment. Try the micro current facial or let her give you a set of lashes. They even have a nail tech for shellac manicures.

You will love everything about Ozen! Kind, caring people that ALWAYS put you first! Love their relaxing salon and fantastic ability to know exactly what suits you!

If you are looking for a truly talented hairdresser, look no further! Yesterday Karem cut my hair shorter than its ever been. It’s like a long pixie, if that’s even a real thing? Anyway, I would only trust Karem to take me to that length and I’m loving it! After that, he gave me some bright highlights, just the way I like. Then, Kara applied airbrush makeup. It looked beautiful, so smooth and flawless. Lastly, they are local hardworking genuine people and that’s what makes them better than most other places in town. Cheers to short sassy hair and glowing skin!

This husband and wife team are fantastic! They know their stuff and are friendly and professional. Their prices are on the higher end but the facials are divine and my hair & makeup for my wedding was WONDERFUL. Also… HUGE bonus that they traveled to my location the morning of the wedding and even did something special for my maid of honor. LOVE LOVE LOVE these guys :)

After a crap morning of running my car into the garage, I dropped it off at the repair shop and left to try to find coffee nearby. I just happened to walk past Ozen and desperately needed a haircut. After 8 years in Austin, I still haven’t found a salon I like, so I wasn’t very hopeful or tied to losing out on yet another bland hair cut.
This place cured it all! Adorable little house, great coffee, and Karem was so kind and easy to talk to — in fact, everyone in the shop was. He spent more time and attention to my cut than anyone ever has — and identified some things that had been bugging me but that I didn’t really know how to articulate.
Oh — and the scalp massage was so good I wouldn’t have cared if the cut was $ 500.
I used to dread going to the McNeil area because it only meant costly car repairs, but now I look forward to also trying to get on their books for whenever I do!
