Papa John’s Pizza

Too lazy to cook and too tired to have standards— once again I get exactly what I deserve for giving this Papa Johns store another chance. Cold pizza, no crushed red peppers and all around blahs. I don’t know when they stopped giving the garlic butter sauce stuff but that was the final crushing blow to this awful dinner decision. At least they were within their 55 – 65 minute delivery estimate, although closer to the 65 it didn’t keep us hoping for a cold pizza longer than originally expected.

This Papa Johns is the worst. Today, Oct. 16, 2015, I had the worst Pizza ever. I called the tel. no. 512−251−7272 many times & it just rang & no one answered.
I called their corporate line to find out what’s going on & the lady put me on hold for a long time & then she just transferred me to this store #0933.
I told the guy who finally answered that I have been trying to call & no one has answered the phone. He said, we are very very busy today. I told him that you should always answer your phone & tell the customer to hold.
I finally spoke to a manager named Ricky & he also did not care. I told him exactly what happened. I said what can you do for me. He first said nothing & then offered me 40% off but when I paid the bill, the discount was never applied. I fainally just said the hell with this place.
The pizza’s were horrible, no cheese, sauce was a bit sour & it did not taste fresh. I will never go back to this papa Johns again. I will go back to Costco & order a Pizza. They have the best pizza at the best price.
AVOID THIS PAPA JOHNS STORE #0933 LIKE PLAGUE.

I have personally witnessed these drivers illegally park in a handicap accessible parking spaces, three times within the past 8 days. This driver blocked the handicap spot AND the handicap ramp. Real Smooth. This is where I live, and at where I work…

I’ve talked to the area «operator», area manager of sorts, or so I’m told, on ¹⁰⁄₇. This still continues…

Hands down the worst papa johns store in my opinion, I’ve ordered there three different times on separate occasions, and it seem, like if my pizza is not cold the order is wrong, or the service is terrible, I ordered a pizza about a month ago and it had no sauce on it, I used to work for the franchise back in the day, shame to see how the quality of service has degraded

This place is awesome. The food is always super fresh, even on a delivery. One time the confirmation email told us the estimated wait time was 2 hours after placing an order — we called in and she told us it’d arrive within 45 minutes… It came within 30! Keep it up guys

I had people over on Friday night, ordered a pizza with the free code I received due to the last pizza taking double the delivery time it should have. Well, this time they not only took double the time but when I called the store, I got the angriest employee ever. I attempted to advise of what the issue was, he kept speaking over me saying «its on the way, nothing we can do for you» I told them I wanted to cancel the order and just order from another place. He said «its too late to do that, your pizza is on the way, your free code you used will not be returned» I said that was fine I don’t want the free code anymore, ill take my business else where. His response was a scoff and then HU on me. I called corporate to which I am told that this store has had lots of complaints lately and that the owner would be advised of this situation and I would be contacted Monday. It is Tuesday still no call. I honestly don’t care anymore, but I will refrain from ordering from them again. Even a free pizza.

Especially liked the convenience of being able to order from their app on my phone. Delivery of the pizza was okay except for the fact that the delivery took almost an hour to get to me. Otherwise, the taste of the pizza was great.

The pizza from this location was pretty good and the delivery was ok. The online service was horrible because it couldn’t locate my address. I was also disappointed that they didn’t include the garlic sauces we paid for.

I remembered this being a little better than it was. There was less sauce, and fewer toppings than I pictured. Maybe John is getting cheap on us. It certainly didn’t taste bad, but it just didn’t taste enough. I’d probably rather order from pizza hut or dominos if i’m in the mood for cheap delivery pizza and give that a try to refresh my memory of how good/​bad those are rather than go with papa johns again.
Better yet, Austin’s Pizza if they deliver to us…

Got the two mediums for $ 15 delivery. Lady who answered the phone was very polite and efficient. I could understand her, which was a bonus. Delivery was exactly the amount of time they estimated (30ish minutes) and the delivery guy was nice. The pizza is so so for a chain restaurant. Not the most flavorful, but their original crust is pretty good. I wish they actually put more topping on the pizza because the toppings we had were pretty pitiful (flecks of veggies). This pizza was actually way better the next day. If you are ordering in and want some inexpensive pizza, this is a fine choice, but if you actually want delicious pizza, I’d say venture out to another pizza place.

Say what you will about the pizza itself, it’s Papa Johns and you know what you’re getting. As far as this particular franchise is concerned everything is great. As a resident of a nearby apartment complex, quick and cheap pizza nearby is a must. The customer service has always been friendly and fast, and never once has there ever been a problem with any of my orders.

Dirty! I ordered a pizza about 2 months ago for pick up. The cashier was handling money and boxing pizzas up without washing her hands/​no gloves. I left without my pizzas after seeing that.

Wow, 8+ minutes on hold without talking to a human? And on a Thursday night no less. Maybe you’re slammed but at least have someone come to phone to say «Please hold.» That’s just bad customer service. I’ll do what I always do… every other big chain pizza place (Dominoes, Pizza Hut, Gatti’s) for delivery. Take you outta the rotation for a few rounds. We’ll see how it goes several months from now.

It’s edible. I do like the garlic sauce, but it really says something about the pizza when you have to dip it in garlic sauce. Yikes.

I don’t know what it is with all these darn pizza spots but I really wish they would offer more than Pepsi and their sucky brand. C’mon, even some Dr. Pepper? I understand that corporate probably has a contract, but it keeps me away from ordering at Papa John’s.

These guys (and gals) are great! They consistently deliver perfectly prepared and baked pizza at a reasonable price and always before the time they promised. 2 thumbs up!

Carryout open til 10:45pm, Delivery open til 11:00pm.
The deal they have now is any size pizza (up to large) for $ 10, 7 toppings. Make it extra large for an extra $ 2. Awesome. Papa John’s is my favorite pizza place, hands down. The delivery drivers at this location are polite and pleasant. I know the turnover is high, but as of TODAY they have good drivers.
