4 Words — «Run for your life» 0 stars if possible! I moved here with the initial belief that I found«the place»! Boy, was I wrong! Once I signed the lease, there was a change in management at the office & these folks treated me like dirt! I agree with the previous review, there were(2) locked doors in the apartments(false footage). The garages attached you have to stand extremely close to them for them to open or drive next to it(should open from a distance but does not). Forever crickets everywhere, even in the house with pest control(and I’m very clean). The ‘gated’ community stays open! Every single woman in the office is rude — don’t be fooled! For the amount that is being paid, should be better but the worst is the experience with the folks in the office — beware all that glitters is truly not gold. Lesson learned!

Suprise, they nickel and dimed me when I got the bill after vacating. They charged me $ 14 for light bulbs even though none were missing or out when I left. Glad I got out of there for less than $ 600 in random fees(though not by much). I don’t miss this ‘trying to look nice’ but actually kind of ghetto place, I’m paying less now for a place that has private patio views of trees and a nicer garage and more sqft and no locked doors in my apartment.

Would recommend this place to everyone. Staff are awesome, pool beautiful, 2 full weight and work out rooms, media room and valet trash. A little more expensive but worth it! They used every inch of the square footage for something useful quiet neighborhood with lots of trees and birds. Come check it out

Good staff, The management has been very friendly and helpful. There are planned events so that residents can more fun. I like the location and floor plan of my apartment. I like having my own washer-dryer and the valet trash pickup. The apartment community is well kept and extremely safe.
