I was searching for this repair place a few weeks ago due to my HP laptop crashing and couldn’t find them! They used to be at the corner of Anderson Mill and 183, however, I just discovered they recently moved to the other side of 183 and are about a block north of their former location.
It was worth finding them again, because we have had really good experiences with them over the past few years accurately diagnosing and fixing issues with a few of our computers. This time, my HP laptop refused to boot. Jason, did an analysis and determined that the motherboard went bad. He was able to recover all the data off the computer and on to a hard drive. They are fast, efficient and reasonable. Its nice to know I have knowledgeable tech support when I need it!
