As a practice manager at an animal clinic we have relied heavily on Austin Area Computers for all of our computer and software needs. I have primarily worked with Brian, Shane, and Jeff and they are all superb. The staff is very knowledgeable and quick to tend to any of our computer needs. They are very dedicated to their clients and I intend to stick with them for many years.

Jeff Seiler, their Business Development professional and Shane, one of their technicians were just absolutely awesome today! We were in a jam needing to have a computer reimaged at the end of a short busy week and they were able to jump on it and get it turned around in less then 4 hrs. And Shane even drove to me during a lunch meeting to grab the computer. Excellent customer service!!! Thanks guys!

Decent pricing and quick turnaround. Nice guys. Computer had a very bad virus, so it is still not perfect but, thanks to them, it is at least usable now.
Place is in an office park in the back, so it is not visible from the road.

Finding computer repair services in Austin was almost a nightmare until I found Austin Area Computers. Nice guys with a real office (i called several of the companies that have good reviews here and they never answered calls or they are «virtual offices» with no real office location). The team of AAC know their work, reasonable price. Ordered parts, replaced my laptop on timely manner and gave recommendations for my new laptop. Hope I will not need this type of services for some time but if I have to, they will be my first option.

They are nice people that attempted to fix my computer for a reasonable price and did so quickly. They do not answer questions submitted on their website or return calls.

I work in a small office, and Brian @ Austin Area Computers set the office up with a separate drive that can be accessed from the computers in the office as well as offsite.
When I needed help setting up a VPN connection to the drive from my home computer, he was happy to help.
He is quick to respond tosupport questions/​delimas and has been very helpful.
