Pizza Hut

This place has horrible time management, customer service, and are not capable of inserting an order into a computer. I placed an order at 6pm and by 7pm when I still hadn’t gotten my simple medium cheese pizza, I called to ask if they were lost or at the wrong apartment and they had no idea who I was or that I had placed an order an hour ago. It wouldn’t have been a big deal but I had given them my credit card info so I started to panic. They had no recollection of me calling in or talking on the phone with me for 10 minutes or placing an order or taking my card info. I don’t know if they were on drugs or had been drinking but how do you just forget someone called in and placed an order? It’s now 8pm, I’m not even hungry anymore, it’s just a pizza delivery how hard/​time consuming of a process should this be? Not 2 hours. Get it together.

I don’t order from Pizza Hut for good pizza but damn, this is embarrassing for them. A squashed needs of carelessly thrown toppings on a bed of rubbery cheese-​like product, reading on a warmish yeast paddy. Boo.

Wanted to give a shout out to Noël, like Christmas, who had by far exceeded any delivery expectations of any food delivery I’ve ever gotten. He was professional, kind, understanding when there was a problem and handled it fast and was so gracious in the rain and on what had to be a busy night!
He’s a keeper pizza Hut. Give him a raise.

Don’t go to this Pizza Hut. They made both of our pizzas wrong (wrong sauce, among other things) then refused to refund them when we brought them back because a couple of pieces were missing (of course they were – how else would we have known that the sauce was wrong?). The supervisor, Laura, was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Terrible service.

Worst service in pizza history. We received incorrect pizzas and they refused to refund our money. Do not order from this place ever!!!

I would actually give this place three and a half stars. I rarely order pizza and depending what I want will determine if I call Pizza Hut or another local spot. But I love the thin n crispy pepperoni so when I just have to have that… Pizza Hut it is. My order usually shows up somewhere in the vicinity of my promised delivery time or ten mins or so after. The drivers have usually been friendly. I have never been given the wrong order and usually the sides I got are brought.

The manager is a complete idiot who lacks any knowledge of customer service or how to treat a customer when THEY drop the ball.
I wish I could put down his name, but of course he refused to give us his information and told us in his thick middle eastern accent that we could come in and get his info in person if we wanted it that badly. really? and they made you a MANAGER?
Usually we have no problems, the pizza has always been delivered in a timely fashion and the drivers are friendly. Sunday we ordered a pizza at 7:23. we were quoted 8:15 for delivery. At 8:30 we have no call and no pizza. Right as we pick up the phone the manager calls to tell us that we put the apartment number in wrong and the driver was in the complex looking for us. 15 mins later– still no one. We called the manager for a status update and he claimed the driver was there. Did you send your ghost driver or what?
We asked why we had been lied to– since we could see the driver JUST then pulling into the complex and the manager told us he would be more than happy to cancel our order. Really professional. We told him we shouldn’t have to pay for a cold pizza and wings to which he responded that he would happily report us for theft if we didn’t.
We ended up paying for the pizza– the manager refused to give us any of his information or a contact for HIS boss. And after it was all said and done we threw the cold pizza away and went out for food after 9p.m. $ 20 for that is complete trash.
It is sad that you would have such an incompetent person as a supervisor in your locations. For that– we wont be ordering again from you any time soon unless we can be certain it will never go through your stassney location again.
Its a shame to put people like this is positions of authority– this is how easy it is to ruin a relationship with a regular customer.

Horrible customer service. I called to get directions and the female that answered the phone was rude and pretended to not be able to hear me. Her tone was sluggish and unprofessional. I get there and place my order with a guy, then this female finishes it. While waiting orders are being brought to the front and their names were called. An order was brought to the front, the female (which I’m sure was the same one who answered my call earlier) took the pizza, exchanged words with the guy who handed it to her, placed it in the over, never called a name and left to the back. I waited a few minutes then asked a guy who came to the front to check on my order bc the order screen showed my order to be ready, it was the order she put in the oven. I’m almost certain the female who answered the phone was the same at the register later. She walked to the restroom at one point, also sluggish and lazy. When I got my pizza it was extremely flat and cold. Sauce showing, not enough cheese at all. Several names on their order screen showed orders ready but none were actually ready. Unprofessional staff, childish, lazy and sucky pizzas. Bad business. Never ordering from this location again.

Very bad service never deliver on time it take up to hour and half to deliver they say between 30 and 45 min but they lie

Horrible customer service. After waiting an hour for our pizza, they called to inform us that we were Not in their delivery zone! Couldn’t that have been established when I first called in??? Then, instead of driving 10 min to our apt with the already late pizza, they transferred our order to another store. The order was Wrong, and it took another 2 HOURS to get pizza. So after waiting over 3 HOURS to eat we finally just decided to eat our wrong pizza and to Never call for delivery from this place again.

I’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut 3 times. First time it was cold! The second and third time the pizza was squished to one side of the box! I called the driver back to the door and he said «oh my gosh! I didn’t drop it or anything. I’ll have a mngr call you!» But nothing happened. I may order again but I’ll just go pick it up.

I just walked in and stood there for 5 minutes nobody wanted to help so I left. Yes they did know I was there because they look straight at me and walked away.

Hmmm… I want to start out saying after I vented to social media the GM was quick to respond. 3^rd poor experience from this specific location. Working in a franchise myself I know it’s not fair to blast all locations. I ordered a pizza it was over 2 hours late, I got it and it was cold. I called to have them do something about it and was talked to very rude. I asked his name and he told me is whatever I want it to be, called back and was told to kiss his ass. That being said I was very angry and left with no dinner at 10:00 at night! The next day I was contacted via email by the GM and he told me he was sorry and the shift leader admitted to everything so he was let go. and to be sure to use my credit. ha, im never using this location again! I’m very laid back, a simple phone call could have avoided this whole deal.

You know what, I’m totally going to get mocked for this review, but I don’t care.
I have ordered pizza from everyone in the area. Not once have I had a consistent quality pie or nice service.
These guys give us the same exact pie, every single time. Is it Homeslice? No freaking way, but it’s completely predictable. You’re getting a fresh pie, delivered to your home and it’s not cold an anemic when it arrives.
They offer online ordering and even have an app for that. I’ve only stopped in once to pickup and promptly regretted it, the place is very tiny, brightly lit and claustrophobic to the max.
Our pizza is always delivered ahead of the estimated delivery time, hence the four stars. You are getting exactly what you pay for. Fast food, delivered fast and never waivers in the same crap-​fast-​food-​tastic you expect.

50 cent Wingsday (Wednesday) is worth checking out. Hot and fresh wings, albeit somewhat small. The side salads looked pretty awesome for the price ($ 3.00). The lady had just made them right before I got there so I got two.

I’ve ordered from this location twice. The first time I ordered and I went to pick up my pizza it had all these bald spots and the manager basically told me that I didn’t come and pick it up on time and that’s why it looked like that. I was driving from downtown from dropping people off so it took me a while to get there and even so a pizza wouldn’t get bald spots from sitting for a while. But I will say he did get the pizza corrected. Now last night my roommate and I didn’t feel like driving way out to West William Canon so he decided we should get our pizza from the closest which is Stassney. I was leery about ordering from that location seeing as what my pizza looked like when I first ordered from there. And sure enough when we went to pick up the pizza it looked just as sorry as the first time I ordered from this location. In fact it looked SORRIER! Multiple bald spots, dry, sloppily cut, and baked. I will NOT be ordering from this location EVER again! In fact I may just stick with Mr. Gattis since they are better in my opinion.

This address and phone number are going to the Pizza Hut Wing Street near the Fiesta on Stassney, even though the Unilocal map shows differently.
I am referring to that same aforementioned south location off of Stassney.
Went there last night. Several of us waited. And waited with no explanation.
The girl that answered the phone, Laura, sounded like she had it together but there was nobody up at the front when we went to pick up the food for a very long time and the staff said nothing.
There were at least 6 other customers waiting with us and they were annoyed.
What was going on there yesterday? I doubt we will return there. It was just a bizarre scene.
