Don’t even bother. I called Joseph, and he promptly agreed to come the next morning at 10:30 to install our home theater. Was very nice on the phone. I then turned down two other companies that I had made contact with. The next morning 10:30 came and went, and no Joseph. I called him twice, and he never even bothered to return my phone call. Absolutely no consideration for all the arrangements made to be there at the time he could come.

I am so gosh darn HAPPY that Joseph Trevino walked through my front door!
After purchasing a wireless Blu Ray player and adding U-​Verse TV to my home I originally called out a different company to come and help me hook the new equipment up for my surround sound receiver. The company that came out spent over 2 hours at my house and within 24 hours of them leaving neither my TV nor my Blu Ray player had sound (the company was Bennett Technologies and you can read the review here:

I was so annoyed with the prior technician’s lack of knowledge that I went searching for somebody that actually had answers. I placed calls on a Saturday around noon and Joseph Trevino, owner of Premier Audio, answered his phone. He spent several minutes with me discussing the set up of my previous system. I explained that for example when I played blu ray movies I could hear background noise but no dialogue. Joseph explained that I probably needed to change some settings on my blu ray player to harmonize with the receiver, something my previous tech didn’t do. I scheduled a time for Joseph to come over.
Joseph came over and immediately identified issues with the way my prior system had been set up. None of the settings, from my blu ray player to my TV, matched with the way the system had been set up hence why I was having sound issues. I had decided to go ahead and upgrade my receiver since my old one was 5 years old and so I had Joseph go ahead and install a new one.
It was at this point that I kept bragging about my surround sound system as the last tech had told me I had a 5.0 system since I have 4 speakers and a sub. Joseph pointed out that in fact, I did not have true surround sound since I did not have a center speaker. I couldn’t believe it that all this time I wasn’t hearing true surround sound! I immediately went online and purchased a center speaker and had Joseph come back again and install it.
Both times that Joseph has been to my house he has been FAST and EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE. Joseph is a genius with sound systems. He understands how to do your settings to work with your equipment. He was in and out of my home in less than 45 minutes and that included installing the system, explaining to me how sound systems worked and unpacking all the boxes on the new equipment. I have learned so much from Joseph about this stuff and now I have a super bad-​ass REAL surround surround sound system thanks to his expertise. I never would have had this had he not come over. His rate is cheaper too than many at $ 75 an hour. If you are looking for a company that knows what they are doing and are fast and efficient call Joseph!

I contacted Joseph about installing a surround sound system, in-​wall speakers and all. His crew came after hours, on a Friday night, and installed a 5.1 system in my living room. Even with a few snags with the inside of my walls, his technician was able to successfully install my rear speakers in pillars that had JUST ENOUGH room to fit. Joseph even took the time to describe the various audio setting on my new receiver and calibrated my system to ensure it was operating at peak performance. Professional, personable and educated would be the words to describe Premier! I will definitely use Joseph again for my «Man Cave» in the near future!
