I got in a car crash recently. Geico sent me over to ProTech because they’d take my insurance deductible as payment.
I dropped my car off with Marwan, who dropped me off at Enterprise and was extremely pleasant the whole way.
A week later when I came to pick up my car, you can’t tell it’s been in an accident. The hood, bumper and lights were entirely replaced, the door-​open warning that had been stuck on was fixed, and the car had been beautifully washed. Marwan was as friendly as ever; probably the nicest person who’s worked on my car. Highly recommend this place.

I have know these guys for ever always top quality work and friendly customer service highly recommend vs the crazy over priced body shops these guys do it right for the best price and have helped many friends of mine as well ask for Marwan!

My 2015 Silverado LTZ had extensive hail damage (baseball size hail) from a recent storm. Marwan and the folks at ProTech Body Shop listened to my concerns about repairs, worked with my insurance company on additional repairs needed and kept me informed each step of the repair progress. When I picked up my truck, I was amazed at the quality of the repair. She looked like she came off the showroom floor at the dealership. If you want someone that takes pride in their work and treats your vehicle like it was their own, this is the place to go.

I was in a car accident earlier this month, I was hit on my left rear drivers side I couldn’t even drive down the road. When I came to protech body shop and Marwan helped me out with everything and made the whole process super easy. When i got my car back it was looking good as the day I drove it off the lot, I will definitely be back here for any car issue I have in the future.

I was so glad I went to this body shop… Marvan is amazing. I went in to get my bumper replaced and he left my car looking like new again. He aims to please every customer and really wants to do a great job. I will definitely go back. You will not be disappointed.

Don’t do much reviews, but had to after the great experiences I receive each time I come here. Have brought both my BMW and Mercedes here that got involved in small hits, scratches or hail damage. Each time I’m treated with exceptional service from the owner, Marwan, and he goes out of his way to ensure I’m completed satisfied. Also used his detail services and my cars come out just like I got the cars from the dealer.

Couldn’t be happier! Marwan and his team did a perfect job on my car. I had managed to hit the truck in front of me, and landed on the hitch putting a hole in my expensive sports car that the shop that «specializes» in this car wanted $ 4,000 to fix!!!
Pro Tech to the rescue. They did an awesome job for quite a bit less. I would trust them to work on all my cars and will recommend them to everyone.

I wanted to get a factory bodykit added to my Volvo and was shopping around. I haven’t needed a body shop in the better part of ten years since my Honda had received some severe hail damage and it occurred to me to call Marwan at Protech as he had done the work on my Accord through my insurance company with phenomenal results.
When I called, he answered the phone, not some secretary unfamiliar with cars in general, and told me to bring it over for an estimate and so I did. We discussed what it was that I was looking for from the job (along with an aftermarket roof spoiler) and how he would be doing doing it.
I assumed that it would be what the kit seemed to imply with it’s adhesive strips and handful of plastic rivets and he made it clear that wasn’t how he did work and the kit would have to be glued and additionally secured, pointing out the factory process was a precarious attachment method, at best.
Although I wan’t expecting it, he let me know he would be pulling all of the faded/​weathered trim off the car (it’s a 14 yr old car, the trim looked terribad), paint it all to match, do a full repaint of both bumper covers (not just paint the kit and stick it), including the additional trim there as well, and did a terrific job of attaching the roof spoiler. The time frame given was adhered to, there were no surprises, no sneaky additional charges (the price paid was the estimate, to the penny), and the car looks ten years younger.
This place isn’t some national faceless corporation, it is Marwan’s shop, his company, and he clearly has a level of pride in workmanship not found elsewhere. Lastly, it is worth noting, that the price I paid was reasonable, but still lower than most other estimates. The results were outstanding.
Good business is where you find it. Highly recommended.

I brought my truck in after a «situation» and even though I came as last minute he didn’t hesitate to help me at all! Was very helpful will all the insurance stuff and drove me to get a rental that same day because enterprise couldn’t get anyone out there to pick me up within a reasonable time.
When I received my car I was in awe! They did a phenomenal job looks like new again!
Protech body shop should be your last stop! Marwans body shop is worth the drive from inside the loop. There is absolutely great communication! The quality of the work is top notch. Marwan and his team gets details right. When you pick up your car, He takes a moment to review the work with you, so that you understand what was done and the parts that went into the repair. I love marwan and his team! I definitely recommend this A+++ body shop to anyone! they will make sure you leave as a satisfied customer! Definitely this will be my body shop from now on! I was involved in a crash and destroyed my front end of my car… Protech Bodyshop quoted me hundreds of dollars less than three other very popular repair shops. They had my vehicle back to me within three business days as promised looking as good as new! Marwan had such great customer service and treated me as family. They have a fully capable auto shop and I will continue to go to them for future repairs and routine maintenance. I recommend them to anyone needing any repair or maintenance and tell all my friends and family to go to them. Try them out! You won’t be disappointed!

I wreck my car recently and Marwin (owner) convince me to take my car to his shop. He promised me he will do an excellent job and repair it like it was brand new, everything from body to electrical. Also the work would be under a lifetime warranty.
This was not true. He scamed me. After my car was done, the car alarm and autostart would not work. Marwin argrued with me that is was not from factory. I brought the paper work showing it was factory device and he still would not fix it. I never got my warranty paperwork or not even an invoice!!! He only wanted CASH only. I have since found other body work errors and one missing part. I’m very upset and feel I need to warn everyone not to go here. I work contract with all the hospitals and home health agencies and I’m spreading the word. I’m even spreading the word at every grocery store and just about everyone who will listen. I DO NOT LIKE TO BE SCAMMED!!!

What can I say, I don’t my cars to any other body shops except for Protech Body Shop! I have been using their services for over 12 years, they have never let me down. Marwan, the owner, is an amazing person, he makes sure I am 100% satisfied. I had a minor issue once and it was resolved in a timely manner! Best body shop in Austin!

Just got back from Pro Tech and couldn’t wait to write a review. My X-​5 was hit on the passenger side door and needed to be replaced then the paint needed to be blended on the front panel and rear door. Looks like new.
The service was fast, fair, exactly what he said it was going to cost and when I arrived to pick it up they were buffing our headlights clean because he said he couldn’t stand seeing how fogged up they were.
Thanks Pro Tech, can’t wait till I get hit again to visit!
