Pure Smiles Orthodontics

Loved this place! So clean and neat not like other chaotic dr offices I’ve been in. The dental chairs face a big open window and a playground so even I, a usually very anxious person, was kept calm by the open view.
The staff was wonderful, Jannet called my insurance company to check my benefits stuck on hold forever! Thanks dear! Holly was so sweet and on point with getting me in as soon as possible. I needed a new retainer and kendall was super quick getting it made and getting it back to me asap! Never have I had such a quick and painless dental/​orthodotic appointment. I will definitely be sending all my friends there!

Pure Smiles Orthodontist is the best place to get braces because of many reasons.
One of the reasons is that you are not treated like any other customer, but you are treated like a person that the orthodontist really cares about so you immediately feel like you are in good hands, and truthfully you are. Always receive you with a smile.
Another reason is that they use a new system called the Damon system, which are braces that are a little smaller, more comfortable, and quicker.
You can definitely tell that their number one priority is to help you and make you happy, and it does not look like they are there for the money but for your good.
They treat you really quickly. Ex: when one of my braces broke I just called and they fixed it the next day, I didn’t even have to make an appointment.
The prices are really reasonable, and for the people that are waiting they have coffee, PlayStation Portable, kids coloring table, treats, drinks and a TV.
I definitely recommend it to everyone

Dr. Gonzalez is GREAT! I went in with my 12 yr old not wanting to commit to anything & went out of there with the full treatment paid. Their staff is awesome & you really feel like they care.
She is great with kids/​teens & knows what she’s doing. It is really good to know there are still nice, friendly people that really CARE about their customers & make them feel so.
