I noticed some previous bad reviews on this place but I have only had good experiences. They recently got new owners and the husband/wife team who now runs it are very friendly. I am always happy with my nails when I leave, and it’s obvious they really want you to enjoy your experience. They always offer a beverage and have even offered to turn up the AC when I came in hot one day. They are quick and charge reasonable prices. The waxing services are good too. If you had a pervious bad experience, I would give them another shot.

Went about 4 days ago, and I showed the man who did my nails a picture of what I wanted which was acrylic with gel and an opaque pink color and that’s exactly what I got! I’ve been to many other salons and everyone I’ve gone to has shaped my nails how they want when I specifically ask for a square shape. I am more than pleased with what I got, he took his time and was very friendly!!! I have never had my nails done so perfectly not to mention it was 15% off because they’re under new management!!! They are obviously still in the process of fixing the place up and I can’t wait to see how it turns out, this is my new go-to salon I highly recommend this place!!!

Got acrylics done even though my nails are bitten and really short, they look very natural! Reasonable cost and the couple was really friendly.

I have been going to Q nails for quite awhile. When I broke my leg they were most accommodating by helping me get in the pedi chair. I couldn’t bend my knee well for awhile but they worked with me without hurting me so I got my pedi done. Always made me feel better having gotten my nails and toes done after 3 months in Rehab! So glad I went the day before I fell! Service is nice. Bring your own polish if your picky about having O P I or a certain color.

I thought this place was just okay, though I’ve only been once. I’ve seen the place several times with it’s sign out front with really cheap prices. I never see anyone in there, so I was a little skeptical, wondering why it was so cheap BUT being a baller on a budget(haha) I decided to give it a shot. I will say the staff was very nice, they came out and the man sat me down and took care of me right away. I originally only wanted a pedicure but decided to get a shellac mani also. I felt like they didn’t spend as much time doing my pedicure as most places do, but whatever, not really that big of a deal. My right big toe was totally smudged when I got home though, but who knows if that was my fault or his. He also didn’t put a base coat, only a top coat. Meh, just a pet peeve of mine because who doesn’t like their pedicures last extra long? They moved me over and the man started my mani. He did an okay job but after it was done, the polish doesn’t go all the way to the edge of my nails on any side on any nail. It’s kind of weird looking, and my right pinky and ring finger both chipped off in 2 whole pieces at once. Awesome. Not sure if I’ll be back, maybe it was just an off day or something since this place surprised me by having pretty decent ratings already.

So, I hesitate to write a bad review about this place because I have had good experiences in the past, but none of them make up for what I experienced the last time I went. I came in for a fill and change of nail polish, the lady working on my nails was obviously rushed, and made no attempt to do a good job, now I know the fill there is very cheap, but I don’t think that’s any excuse for rushing through it half-assed. At one point I noticed a part where I thought it might chip in the near future and asked that she fix it now to save me the trip back in, she assured me it was«no problem» and proceeded with the worst paint job I have ever paid for(perhaps even worse than some of my own rush jobs) Sure enough, the very next day the nail in question chipped. I went back in and asked her to fix it, she was not apologetic about it at all, though she did fix it(again, in an obvious rush) then I requested she fix the chips in the polish — which she didn’t — she ran the polish across the tips only, even though they were chipped throughout, and rushed me out before my nails were even remotely dry. Today(now three days after the initial fill) I’ve had to repaint the nails entirely myself and yet another tip has chipped off. I am sad to say I will never go back here.

I went on a slow afternoon, but called ahead to make an appointment. I was quickly seated for my mani-pedi. Both were done simultaneously, so I was in and out in no time. The hot stones on the feet were the best part. I took away stars because they don’t have drying machines, so hours later my paint smudged.

Won’t go back. They sanded my nails down to the nail bed. You can see the blood thru the nails. I requested gel and they put acrylic which I didn’t request. Won’t ever go back! Do not go. They don’t listen or understand English language.

Q Nails is a hole in the wall, but this family owned business is GREAT! I rarely have to wait, and if I do, it’s not for a long time. They really try to accomodate you as quickly as possible. They offer a variety of of manis and pedis and tons of colors/designs to choose from. I’m always amazed at how long my pedis seem to last(2+ weeks). They have the comfiest massage chairs for you to enjoy while reading your choice of many great magazines. The staff is friendly, and I look forward to seeing them when I visit.

I love this place! I’ve been to quite a few around the area and it took me a while to actually step into this salon based on location and size. Don’t be fooled! The staff is great and friendly! I always get the french shellac mani and they always do such a great job! Plus it’s cheaper than most places($ 25!). I also get my eyebrows done here and never have to go home and re-pluck!

Stopped here yesterday after my normal salon couldn’t work me in. I’m really particular about my nails, but I just couldn’t wait another day for my french shellac mani, so I decided to check out Q Nails. I drive past this salon every day as it’s in my hood and I’m glad I checked it out. I will admit I was a bit apprehensive when I walked in and there weren’t any other customers in there, but soon enough a few more clients came in for pedicures. A man came out and began removing the old shellac polish from my nails. I wasn’t thrilled that they just have you dip your fingers in acetone rather than wrapping them with cotton and aluminum foil, as I think it takes longer for the shellac to lift, but eventually it came off and he began the manicure. He did a good job on my cuticles and filed my nails and then began the process to put the shellac polish on. I did have to specifically ask for him to put two coats of white on for the french part as one coat didn’t cut it and every other salon I’ve ever been to has always done two coats of white. He seemed a little surprised, but did oblige and I think they look much better because of it. Overall my nails look good and it cost $ 10 less than the other nail salon I have been frequenting. They only get 4 stars though because when I came home I did have to re-file my nails because I noticed they did look just a tad sloppy after the shellac was done, but I’ll definitely be back to try a pedicure.

Love this place, the staff, and how great my nails look every time I leave! The staff pays great attention to detail, and are very patient … especially with gals like me who just can’t decide on that just-right shade of pink. On top of this, they have great hours(not many nail salons open on Sundays, but they are!), and very affordable prices. You can usually catch great specials like $ 20 for a full spa pedicure. Give them a try, you’ll be well taken care of!

I adore Q Nails but I have never stopped to write a review. However, I have been motivated by two recent mani/pedi experiences elsewhere to make sure the world knows to just stop it. Stop going anywhere else. So maybe your friend gets you a mani at a boutique salon for your birthday or you gotta go to a spa for a bachelorette weekend. Well don’t bother. None of them will even compare. The staff here digs in. You can feel the difference. It’s like they give you new hands and feet. And the hot rock massage? Words cannot describe. And don’t even get me started on the sweet staff. Plus, the price cannot be beat!

I bite my nails really bad and it makes my husband nuts. I decided to make an appointment to get tips put on, since this would not only make me stop biting my nails, but also give my hubby a chance to see what his wife would look like without«man hands»! I wasn’t sure what to expect, since I have never had fake nails. Alice at Q Nails was a doll! She answered all my questions, no matter how silly they may have seemed. She told me when I would need to come back in the have a «fill», let me know that I could paint them just like natural nails and the polish remover would not effect the tips. I can’t stop staring at my hands, because I don’t recognize them! They look GORGEOUS! Thank you so much Alice & Q Nails for treating me like a princess!

This salon has a basic Pedicure for $ 25 that includes Hot Stone Massage and scrub. They have every color imaginable and offer you a drinks while you are relaxing and being pampered. There was no wait and there is a fantastic asian restaurant next door. Would recommend this salon in a heart beat!
